It was what I expected- not spectacular but not uncomfortable. The room was noisy- mostly from loud neighbors. The air conditioner kept making weird noises that would wake you up every time the condenser kicked in. The breakfast was the usual selections.

Would not recommend.
The room didn’t even have a closet. The bathroom sink was outside of bathroom in the entrance. Room was very dusty.

Unclean, noisy, rude staff
This place is dirty. Ceiling light in the bathroom was missing the glass and it was caked with dust and filth in there. A lot of dust and filth. The comforter had something like tar on it. Not just a stain, it had texture. One of the bathroom outlets was melted, which is an extreme fire hazard. Rude staff. Asked for a late checkout and they begrudgingly granted 30 whole minutes and then hung up on me without a thank you, goodbye or anything. Just hung up the phone. The heating unit is very loud. Not just air blowing, but it sounded like a hydraulic machine. Woke me up several times in the night. Eventually turned it off and opted to freeze rather than be woken up by that loud machine. People were slamming doors throughout the night. This was a weekday stay for 2 nights and I only stayed the second night because of the hassle of moving. I would politely decline to stay in this hotel again.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at our hotel.We have a strict policy for all guests who live within a 50-mile radius of the property to pay a 250 deposit. We also have to pre-authorize this deposit for all guests who book through 3rd parties and use virtual cards. We apologize you were not aware of this.

The in pool was out of order(closed) the weight room was out of order (closed) the room was pretty clean. The elevator is very sketchy sounding. We will not be back because it did not meet our expectations but over all for a convenient quick stop off the interstate, it was ok

The breakfast staff lady was very nice and lovely to chat with! The mattress for the pullout couch needs desperately to be replaced. Our kiddos couldn’t even get comfortable on it.

Felt comfortable and safe
Very clean inside our room. Did notice the lobby furniture had stains on them. There was a nice breakfast and the coffee was good and hot.

Quite pleased, needing slight maintenance
We were very pleased with our stay & the value for what we paid was excellent. The only reason I didn't rate everything excellent is because the bathroom sink had THE weakest water pressure I've ever experienced anywhere! I don't think you could drown an ant with it. ;) Also, the sink drain was leaking. I found that out when I moved the trash can that had been sitting directly under it. The breakfast was good & the hostess, Beverly, was FANTASTIC!

We stayed two night in two different room 302 and 304. 302 had no fan in bathroom and hair in tub. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Room 304– no bathroom light , needed to take bath , you couldn’t cause the tub wouldn’t catch water. When we called the front desk , they did nothing except say ok. Hair all over sides of shower walls, MOLD on the shower curtain. Had to walk with socks and shoes cause dirt on floor. Hot water barely got hot. 2 people stayed and yet we one one set on towels. Yes we asked for another room but was told they were full. We seem no one at our end of hallway! So much for 8.3 rating.!

I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool. The pool was closed. The front desk informed us if we wanted to swim we could walk to the hotel next door to swim. Had I known the pool was closed, I would not have made a reservation at this hotel.

It was a little weird that Cofmort Suites and Comfort Hotel and Suites were right next to each other. I had no idea there was a difference. No matter. It was a fine stay. I would like to see the breakfast include some meat other than sausage biscuits and gravy.

The hotel lobby and breakfast area was clean and very nice. Our room smelled awful. Smelled of stale beer and dog. The two queen beds were clean. The pullout couch was so dirty!!! Stained and had mold on the metal. The bathroom had mold, the floor was dirty and the wall behind the sink was dirty, moldy and plain gross! The water pressure was very, very, very low. Took 40 minutes to fill the tub.(which I did not allow my kids to sit in. The pool was open, the heater was broken. Freezing cold and had a lot of scum and hair sitting on top of the water. Would not stay again!!!!
