“Helpful”

The hotel staff was friendly and answered all questions. One of the people I traveled with left something in the room and eight hours after we checked out we returned and they had it behind the counter waiting.

“Great Value”

Though it appears to be an older building the motel is scrupulously clean and well maintained. The Continental breakfast is excellent. When business brings me back to Cookeville I'll stay here.

Everything wa clean and very quiet at night. I will go back there next time I am in town.

The hotel has been renovated and is very clean. It is located conveniently off major roads, in busy business area, near town, and very near "restaurant row". The desk clerk is super helpful and friendly and really likes her job. She has worked here for years and takes pride in helping people and shows an appreciation when you become a return guest. She acts as though the hotel is a "family business".... a concept often lost in today's business world.

“never again”

We booked this because everything else was full. I would travel on before staying there again. Rooms cramped, towels and bed linen poor quality. Breakfast room has one table with 6 chairs.
