The INN was exactly as described online. It's very very charming, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was excellent (Waffle iron!), the inn was quite quiet while we were there, and the room was comfortable.
It wasn't a luxury hotel by any means, but it was perfect for a weekend away and I loved the atmosphere and environment. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with their large backyard as a definite highlight (creek, bridge, many seating areas, lovely tent with seating for nighttime fun).
It was about a 15 minute drive to Cooperstown (the birthplace of baseball) with LOTS to see and do, cute shops and delicious restaurants. We were in town for a concert but it would've been great to have had more time to explore.
