A great hotel to stay

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Cons: After shower, the bathroom floor gets wet.
Location: Its a little off downtown and shopping area but there is a great pizza place across the hotel.
Excellent Staff, very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Very good hotel except for the noise

Posted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: Modern, clean, friendly, good value in an expensive city.
Cons: Would benefit from air-conditioning so that the windows could be kept closed even on hot nights to shut out the train noise.
The hotel was clean and modern, the staff were helpful, the location was good (a great walk along the quays into the city centre) and the rooms/bathrooms were large and clean. However, there was a lot of noise from the railway tracks next to the hotel. There was no air-conditioning in the room (only a fan) so, because the weather was hot, the choice was either a quiet but hot room with the windows closed or a cooler but very noisy room with the windows open.

Well situated

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: Position, spacious appartment and spa facilities. Great to have a dryer in the room after using spa. Loved the little kitchen which was well equipped
Cons: Nothing for us.
Location: Walking into the harbour many of the large ocean liners were docked. Close to the Little Mermaid. Station is 10 min walk.
Great Appartment with all the facilities you need. Spa area was very good to relax in after a day of sightseeing, A good size pool. Close to the station which has trains to many different areas and the airport, or a lovely walk through the harbour area into the centre. Netto 8 - 10 on corner of the road kept us with supplies. Plenty to see in Copenahagen. Local bus 26 stops almost outside which goes into Copenagen. Would reccomend buying the CPH Copenhagen Card as you arrive as it provides free transport and entry into lots of places. We would use this hotel again.

Great location for cruise ports

Posted Jun 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Spacious apartment type rooms. Very helpful staff. A bit far from downtown, but good public bus access and close to cruise ports. Well equipped kitchen with supermarket next door. Washer/ dryer difficult to operate .Some rooms could be noisy if they face the train tracks. Sliding closet door came off tracks and almost fell on me.It took awhile for maintenance to fix door on a Sunday.

Great location

Great location, close to the city and trains. Very easy to get around. The rooms were very hot and the fans would only blow warm air. We opened the windows and loved the air coming in off the ocean, but the trains only stop running for two hours night which meant we didn't get much sleep. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Housekeeping didn't knock before entering so that was a bit of a surprise, we asked them to come back, but they didn't. They need to give more towels in the bathroom and kitchen cloths as well as some paper towel.

A good experience

Pros: clean, modern, helpful staff, nice kitchen, heated bathroom floors, nice shower, accommodated food allergies in restaurant
Cons: better room cooling
Location: near piers, "Little Mermaid"
The facility overall is very nice ... clean, modern, well appointed with helpful staff. It is located within a few blocks of the cruise ship piers which may be walkable with only a bag or two, but not in inclement weather or with more bags. It is also a little far to walk into the centrum but the bus service is very good. Being away from the center also provides more quiet. The nearby bakery, market and pizza shop are all very good. We found their restaurant and bar to be good but pricey like most of Scandinavia. This was our first encounter with the special switch near the door that holds your room key card. It is necessary to insert the card to activate any of the room lights.

This venue worked well for us. Although it is not near the center of Copenhagen, it is served well by bus and commuter train. We liked our studio partment and the nearness of a grocery store and restaurants. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Nice hotel, clean and extremely quiet.

Posted May 30, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean and modern. Very close to pier and the Little Mermaid. The Lady receptionist was honest and helpful.
Cons: Hotel rate is a bit pricey, it would be nice if breakfast is included.
Location: The Little Mermaid statue is only 10 min walking distance as well as the pier, but for larger ship e.g. Royal Princess, pier is quite a distant.
Although we checked in very late (almost midnight), someone was there to receive us. Male receptionist was nice and warm. Due to its proximity to the Little Mermaid, we decided to go there after our breakfast so that when we come back from our cruise, we only need to concentrate at the city center.

Four day city break

Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: Facilities, staff, room
Cons: Breakfast -lack of variety of fruit
Location: Good location, near to rail station and walking distance to central Copenhagen and beyond. However, very noisy location due to constant trains nearby
Very positive although we did have excellent weather!
