So close to the rails, food, and entertainment

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Pros: The colours in the room were nice and we had a great view of the streets by the window. The block right in front of us is quite nice to look at too.
Cons: More affordable prices, but that is hopeless.
Location: Restaurants, Tivoli amusement park, city pool, strip clubs, train station, sightseeing bus stops nearby.
We booked a room there just one night, with two beds in the Annex section. We had a great view from the window, the bed were very comfortable, the staff was very nice with us and we even had a small sink right in the room! We could hear some fireworks on Saturday because the window was open during the night but they appeared so far that it did not keep up from sleeping. It is ridiculously close to the train station and only a few minutes away from very touristy streets with nice shops and great entertainment. Wi-fi is available at the reception (there is a small living room to sit) and we were allowed to leave our bags in the storage room on the day we arrived and when we checked out the next day. The price was definitely too high, but we booked last minute and it was during the Iron Man contest. Yet, you will soon discover that everything is rather expensive in Copenhagen, so just consider the price of a room as preparation for all the other prices you will see during your stay.

Nice hotel

Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: I liked the location as was only 5 minutes away from the train station ,also very close to all the main attraction you can walk to if you want to .
Location: The hotel is in the city centre so you can walk to Tivoli ,hard rock cafe bars and nightclubs Christianborg slot City Hall and much more .
Hi I reccomend this hotel if you want a cheap and central place to stay as it is very central you are only a few minutes walk to Tivoli ,City hall, and to the Central train station you don't need a cab 5 minutes should do it .and you can go to the main attractions quite easily . Unlike the last hotel where I stayed free wireless isn't charged .The only things that go against the hotel is that is in the red light district but it takes you only 2 minutes and you are in the main avenue and the location is great . The toilets are clean and the shower worked fine the room was a bit smaller than I thought but for the price I thought that was great . I hope that this helps .

Interesting area, close to Central station

Only gripe I have is that the wifi didn't reach our room in the annex. Room was small, but with a nice large comfy bed you can't expect more. Very clean, including the shared bathrooms/showers. Turned out to be a red light district sort of area, but not bad enough that it seemed sleazy, more of a laugh than anything. Nice bars and restaurants close by, and close to the original Mikkeller bar which was a big plus.

The rooms were clean, black out blinds for long sun is nice. Friendly staff. With shared bathroom hallways can get noisy at night. Good location to main train station. Area can be a bit shady at night. With adult type shops and shows and ladies walking the street.

Pros: Location, room design, breakfast
Cons: n/a
Nice location! Good breakfast! The hotel is close to all attraction and Central Station. There are a lot of nice restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to everything, you do not need to use transportation. The room is clean and pleasant. The hallway has interesting art.
