“Great choice for small family”
Stayed here with my husband and 4 year old. It was great to have a fridge, a second bathroom and especially a separate bed (sofa bed) for my son. We didn't interact with the hotel staff much but when we did they were helpful.
“Very spacious 1-bedroom apartment”
We were surprised at how much space we had at an economical price. Our apt. had a foyer, a combination living room/dining room, a nice kitchen equipped with plates, glasses, etc., a bedroom, a large modern bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The toilet was separate from the bathroom (it was in the foyer), but we got used to it. The only negative was the mattress: I would have preferred a firmer one. This apt. was a far better deal than our previous hotel room at the Kong Frederik, which was much more expensive (it was about 2 blocks away). Our friends were booked at the Ascot Hotel, and they envied our large apt. with a large bathroom.
“good location but very POOR matresses , we had to sllep on the floor !”
Very good location for us , walking distance of the best places. But very POOR bedrooms, matresses are so old , that we had to sleep on the floor ! Hotel manger didn't want to hear about it . Front desk girl told us we were lier . Incredible bad relationship with customers .Our friends had to sleep on the floor too ! We were 8 people . So 8 liers ???? Not even an aplogize to try to ease our bad night before a long haul flight back to North America . Won't go back.
“Adequate accomodations in Copenhagen”
When we first arrived, I was appalled by the apartment. The beds were tiny and the furniture was shabby. The kitchen and bathroom, however, are modern with new granite and tile. It is by no means a four-star place. But, after staying there I still recommend it for several reasons. One, it is very convenient to Tivoli Gardens and the train station. It is within walking distance of almost all key sights. Second, the free breakfast is excellent. Also, we had an early train and they allowed us to eat there before official opening time. Third, the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Fourth, it is cheaper than renting two hotel rooms. Our room was on the front of the building and was very loud at night. Ask for a rear facing room.
“Not a great value for the price”
This apartment is old and not very well maintained. There was plenty of room for four of us but the beds were too soft and floor was squeky. Furniture needed replacement, kitchen was okay but we never used it. The location is very good and close to major Copenhagen attractions. We went there because we felt that 4 people in a hotel room like Marriott would be too cramped. However, this is would be a 3 or 2.5 start quality and not a 4 start as rated by Expedia. For this price, we could have stayed at Marriott.
“Adina Apartments Copenhagen”
Adina Apartments is convenience located for those who are taking any cruise from Copenhagen. You can walk less than 20min and your are in de dock... Hotel services ( gym, sauna, pool) are better than many hotels four or five stars. People in general are very friendly and help with any information.
“Great location, good breakfast, fold out couch is a fold out couch”
Great location, close to Tivoli, Glyptoteket, Christiansborg, Rathus, Domhuset. American plumbing, meaning a bathtub shower instead of more common Danish shower area. Good breakfast, have the bread, meat, cheese, with slices of cucumber. Rooms were big; comfy for three. Bedroom, plus living room, dining area, and kitchen. Queen bed was comfy; Danish fold out couch is no more comfortable than an American fold out couch. Staff attentive and nice. When next we go to Copenhagen, we'll stay there again.
“Perfect spot for central Copenhagan”
Ascot Apts. was the perfect location for our needs. The apt was clean, convenient to the trains,Tivoli,a grocery store, etc. Just remember, this is an apartment... buy your own tissues, and other minimal products. The club across the street is now closed so we did not experience the noise as other travelers have complained about in the past. We would stay there again if we ever revisit Copenhagan. Also, bring your own washcloths. We found out that if you are going midrange hotels as the Ascot Apts are... they do not provide them.
“Great Place to Stay in Copenhagen”
It was awesome. I really enjoyed staying there. I had a clean comfortable 1 bedroom apartment that was in the center of everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again on my next trip to Copenhagen.
“Needs better management”
Nice roomy apartments which helps compensate for following issues. Maintenance weaknesses such as missing towels, leaking faucet, burned out bulbs and anon-working TV remote. No visible phone instructions and malfunctioning phones were an issue. The need to continually sign in to WiFi and have it shut me down was a pain. Beds are not firm and too bouncy. Breakfast too pricey for choices if you arrive in last hour and many items are gone.
