“Good value”

“Will definitely go back to this hotel when I revisit Copenhagen.”

Will definitely go back to this hotel when I revisit Copenhagen.Very beautiful inside: old and ornate, It is clean, the room was spacious enough, it has a GREAT breakfast, something for everyone, and it is close to the train station and Tivoli. Just beware of the prices in the bar, quite expensive.

“Nice hotel in a great location”

This hotel is in a great location near the main shopping street and main square. It is also around the corner from Tivoli Gardens and near the two train stations we ended up using in order to save the very expensive cab fare to and from the airport. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

“Nearly a 4 star”

You cant beat the location. The new rooms are 4-star quality. However beware of the ridiculous small single beds or even two small single beds put together. So nice that they recognise a returning customer and treat you as one.

“Copenhagen with convenience”

Hotel has recently renovated some of it's rooms, which were nicely done. Hotel and room was squeaky clean. Hotel is literally steps away from main train station, Tivoli, Hertz car rental and buses. Cinema, Jensen's Bofhus and other restaurants are steps away also. The breakfast buffet is well worth the money, and will save you time in the morning. The hotel staff will keep your bags locked for you if you arrive before check-in, and want to sightsee.

“Pretty good - not sure where it would be better”

Stayed was Ok comfortable but not spectacular. There was not a lot around the hotel. The area is just a block away from Tivoli - a real hot spot, and near the City Center yet not much to do there except for Tivoli (which was great for an evening but not for three days). The train was within walking distance (a few blocks over and down) but the area was noisy and kind of dirty. Maybe I'm not much of a city girl but this wasn't the best place for our family (two adults and one teen). Staff were not outgoing but answered our questions and got what we needed. If you're looking for warm and friendly, comfortable and cozy, stay elsewhere. If you're looking for efficient and near the center of the city, you might like this.

Got out of Copenhagen and went to Helsingborg and Karlsborg - I strongly recomend these two castles!

“Satisfied”

Room was smaller than expected, but didn't go to Copenhagen to loll about in the hotel. Included breakfast was a real value. Desk clerks were most helpful and spoke English well. Short walk to public transit stops, central train station, and Tivoli Gardens. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well as being proximate to Storget (shopping street). Would certainly stay there again.
