Bonne location.

Old hotel, great central location near transit

Posted May 18, 2015
Cons: The decor in the rooms was a bit gloomy and could use updating. The dark chocolate rug didn't help.
Location: Tivoli Gardens and the shopping district are nearby.
Good for people who are okay with older European hotels rather than modern new ones. My room was small although it did have a twelve foot ceiling. The breakfast buffet was very nice with something for everyone. The location was terrific. A short walk to the main rail station and a regular transit station was even closer. I got a very good rate on Expedia so very good value for money.

Copenhagen - the center of the actions

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Close the the center of the action. Nice size apartment with small kitchen, 2 heater stove, and microwave. A real bathtub.
Cons: More glasses (plastic is ok), kitchen knives, would be nice.
Location: Close to shopping, amousement park (Trvoli), outdoor (Batanical Garden area), shopping and food (City Hall and the water front)
We travel to Copenhagen by night train so the hotel's facility for storing luggage before check-in is nice. The hotel staffs are friendly and eager to help with what that could. After we stored luggage we went exploring and realized that the hotel is just a short walk to the City Hall and the water front. It is also close to the Batanical Garden where we went the next date. We reserved an 1 bedroom apartment which not part of the hotel. There are 3 groups of apartments #65, 67, and 69 which is next to the hotel. Each group has about 25 - 35 (didn't count them so the extra # may not be correct). Our apartment is in #67 on the 2nd floor. It has a very small elevator so it's help to get the luggage into the apartment. It's interesteing nice explerience never the less.

Great location

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: The staff were helpful. The room we had was very nice.
The tourist Center was just around the corner. The Hop on Hop off Bus stopped there. Could also walk many places. We were in Copenagen for six days. A wonderful city.

Gute Lage, altes Haus

Posted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Lage und hoteleigener Parkplatz
Cons: Klimaanlage??
Location: direkte Innenstadtlage

Working visit

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast
Location: close to shops yet reasonable quiet.
good location, hotel a bit shabby, warm and clean enough. like a hotel that needs a bit of TLC. Breakfast was poor, no orange juice either morning and I found it unbelievable that a Danish hotel did not serve Danish Bacon at breakfast. Little breakfast choice and pastries were quite dry. Asked for an iron and ironing board, but the iron was broken and obviously broken from the look of it but they still gave it tome......... staff were OK, but suffered from the 'lack of help' and service which you get right across Denmark.

Handle gater i nærheten. Og kort vei til sentralbanestasjonen.
Bra beliggenhet. Flott gammelt hotel. Fint oppusset.
