Average hotel but good locationPosted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: It's location.
Cons: Double glazing to muffle the noise from the street and the front desk staff could smile occassionally.
Location: Near the central station (great for getting the train in from the aiport). On the 6A bus route to the zoo. Five minutes to Tivoli.
Stayed in room 440 on the top (4th) floor facing the street. The noise in the morning (loading/unloading/street cleaner/builders) didn't disturb me as I sleep with earplugs but my companion was abruptly awoken twice one morning and once another. The single glazing means that there is no muffling of the noise which I imagine could be annoying if you are a light sleeper or if you were on a lower floor and closer to the street. The room itself was fine, the bathroom was a wet room but this wasn't an issue - I was worried the whole floor would be soaking and making using the mirror awkward but it drained really well and no pooling of water or anything like that. The breakfast was really good. Lots of it, hot and cold, lovely staff. It does get busy at the weekend but I never saw anyone waiting longer than 5 minutes for a table. The reception staff were pretty glum. Sour faced and, yes, they ordered us our taxi, checked us in and out etc perfectly well but they seemed sullen and no amount of smiles and politeness from me was going to persuade them to crack a smile. Finally - the main selling point of this hotel is it's location to central station. Perfect if you are visiting for a long weekend and getting the train into the city from the airport. 5 minutes walk to Tivoli and less to the station. Great base for everything else and on the bus route to the zoo.

Nice hotel close to city centrePosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: Friendliness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast room.
Cons: Ban smoking from the central courtyard.
Location: Copenhagen city centre has much to offer. Tivoli Gardens is a must, as is the "Hop On Hop Off" bus tour.
Nice hotel 5 minutes walk away from main railway station and 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Staff all excellent as was the breakfast room, and the variety of food was very good. Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Only criticism is that all the smokers congregated in the small central courtyard, with smoke from their cigarettes drifting up into all bedrooms overlooking it.

nice hotel in good location with friendly staffPosted Sep 25, 2013
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: Windows could be double glazed to help with the amount of noise they let in from the road below, especially on refuge collection mornings.
Location: Close to train station and Tivoli. It is easy to walk to most tourist sights from hotel and takes approx 40 mins to walk to Nyhavn along Stroget.
We enjoyed our time in Copenhagen staying at Best Western Hotel Hebron. The hotel had clean rooms, friendly staff and nice lounge area. The room we stayed in was of a reasonable size and there were tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast buffet provided a good range of food including fruits, bacon and eggs and various breads. We felt the hotel was in a good location for our sightseeing as Tivoli is just a few minutes walk and the train station and bus stops are close by.

Nice hotel close to railway stationPosted Sep 15, 2013
Central location, although next door to a strip club, the area was ok. Helpful, friendly staff and rooms were clean although small. No restaurant for dinner, but pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast provided. Nice outside courtyard for drinks.

It's next to a strip clubPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Good staff
Cons: Old and tired rooms.
Location: Next to a strip club and all that entails.
Title says it all. But that is not enough according to this website. The taxi driver just smiled when I said which hotel I was staying in. Staff were lovely but the hotel looks like something out of the eighties with tiney, old and tired rooms.

Convenient hotel served our needs perfectlyPosted Sep 13, 2013
The Hotel Hebron was conveniently located near the train station, which meant that it was extremely easy (and cheap) to access the airport. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the Tivoli Gardens, and a pleasant 20 minute walk into the centre of Copenhagen. The hotel's best feature was probably its breakfast: fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, waffles, cooked breakfast, Danish pastries, ham, cheese, bread etc. It was also great to be able to retire to the hotel to enjoy free tea and coffee, as Danish cafe and restaurant prices are typically very high compared to those of the UK. Our room was great, although I think the quality may well be variable, with some rooms more dated than others. Staff were excellent and gave us a great restaurant recommendation (Spizeloppen!) A very pleasing stay.

Our stay in Copenhagen at the BW Hebron HotelPosted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: Central location, staff and room.
Cons: Ensure that the 11pm curfew on use of the central courtyard is adhered to.
Location: Tivoli Gardens, Hard Rock Café, Central Station, Carlsberg Art gallery, National Museum are all close by.
The hotel is very central, within walking distance to Tivoli Gardens, the Central Station etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean. The Hotel has an open courtyard inside, with rooms surrounding, and this can be a little noisy if you have a room facing into the courtyard: the courtyard is supposed to be closed after 11pm, though on occasion people still congregated there to smoke and chat. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay at the Hebron.

great hotel really near to central stationPosted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: The hotel was very central and there was plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic .
Cons: Would be nice if there was a bar to relax in after sightseeing all day.
Location: All you need is within easy walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars also a couple of supermarkets..
We had a great time and the hotel was great it did,nt matter that there was no restaurant, as all around there are fantastic places to eat. Only a couple of hundred yards from Tivoli gardens, and the tour buses can be caught outside station, We also had a wonderful day in Malmo, Sweden.

great hotel close to internationa train StationPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: Danish buffet breakfast, friendliness of all staff and our beautiful room
Location: shopping, many restaraunts , hop on hop off buses, very central to all the main attractions and Tivoli Gardenst
very well priced hotel, in a quiet area and within walking distance to the main shopping area of Copenhagen . Our room which was quite large , overlooked the sun drenched courtyard where we ate our breakfast each morning. We spent 4 days in Copenhagen and found the public transport excellant for sight seeing. This Hotel also has bikes for its guests to use. The staff are only too happy to help or offer advise on what to do or where to go each day

great location, excellent breakfastPosted Aug 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
excellent in every respect except that any noise (conversations and kitchen preparations) in the courtyard was amplified to the point that sleep was interrupted...air conditioning would solve this problem so windows could be closed in warm weather
