Very good valuePosted Sep 12, 2012 on Hotels.com
We were pleasantly surprised with the value of the hotel: location, breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant. The only drawback we experienced was the shower, the enclosure ledge is very low, even with curtain the water easily spilled out to the area where you stand before the wash basin.

Adequate, good locationPosted Sep 8, 2012
Cons: Breakfast--I thought it was included, they didn't--not very nice about it, and the breakfast wasn't that good.
Location: near the train so convenient for us, walking distance to a lot of interesting things
Good location near the train station and walking distance from a lot of stuff. But, confusion about paying for breakfast--which was plentiful but not great. Room was very very small--no room to open luggage. Why do hotels put those big comforters on the beds and then keep the rooms so warm???? There was no way to cool of the room.

Good location and breakfastbut not well-maintainedPosted Sep 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and buses run outside the door. Ample buffet breakfast. But the room was quite small and the bathroom had not been cleaned after the last guest. When reported to housekeeping, it was taken care of right away.

Check in proceduresPosted Jul 23, 2012 on Hotels.com
We checked in after 3 PM after a cruise. The line for check in wound around the the lobby. It literally took 90 minutes to get to the head of the line during which I had to advise several people ,including group leaders, that cutting in line ahead of us was inappropriate. It seemed that the hotel did not plan for the the day's events as there were only two reception clerks. I observed they were doing the best job they could but they were obviously frazzled. I think the hotel management should re-examine check in procedures on especially heavy traffic.

Good locationPosted Jul 17, 2012 on Hotels.com
Halfway between airport and cruise terminal, two blocks from Tivoli, one block from railroad station. Walking distance to most attractions. Clean and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Would stay here again.

Great location!Posted Jul 16, 2012
Cons: small room
Very good location, close to the train station, Tivoli, the City Hall and the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Great breakfast! The room was rather small and the shower curtain tended to stick on us when we took showers. A shower door should be better.
