“Ideally located”

We were extremely impressed by this hotel. The location was absolutely ideal, very near the vibrant Nyhaven area with all its restaurants and bars. The hotel is full of character and spotlessly clean. Would definitely return

“Great hotel, great location”

The Copenhagen Admiral is in a terrific spot within walking distance of pretty much everything that you would want to see or do in Copenhagen. It is also right on the water which is always a bonus in my eyes...

“Admiring the Admiral”

This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay. It is a business hotel with charm, friendly staff, amenities such as free computer use at three conveniently located computers in the lobby. It is an historic building (an old warehouse) with the lovely old huge beams and other design features throughout. The staff was very friendly, the bar service excellent, and they had a very nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold items - proteins, breads and a nice assortment of fresh fruits - with a view of the water. Rates vary with the day of the week and the busy periods in the hotel. The Expedia discounted rate did not include the cost of breakfast but it is included in some rates. We thought it was worth the cost and it t fueled us until later later in the afternoon. The location was convenient for sightseeing and it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. Sleeping with the windows open was a pleasant experience and we were never disturbed by noises outside or in the hallway despite it being very busy during our stay. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Copenhagen. My only complaint was that my bed wasn't that comfortable but everything else was perfect.

“Excellent location”

Excellent location; easy walk to virtually everything. Very close to Nyhavn and excellent restaurants and people-watching. Very accomodating staff to the hoards of cruise-ship guests re luggage storage, early check-in. Only complaint: it's Northern Europe, so no air-conditioning. Therefore windows open, but rooms on front of hotel are noisy at night-- street and parking lot noise.

“Thoroghly Recommended”

This is a stylish and modern hotel in a well converted former warehouse. Excellent location close to the 'Nyhavn' harbour and full of character. Have stayed there twice now and been perfectly satisfied on both occasions. Definitely recommended.

“Great Hotel!”

Liked the "nautical" decor.....Great location(right on the harbor), ambiance, service....within walking distance to many sites to see......but on the expensive side for US traveler (but, then, so is Copenhagen)! We "upgraded" to get a waterview, and it was worth it to us for our first time in Denmark! Our room was on the small side, but adequate and clean, and overlooked the canal and Opera House. Treated to fireworks display on Saturday night right across the canal (late May)! Internet is expensive, but there are free computers in the lobby. This was our first time to Copenhagen and this hotel met all our expectations.
