“Find another hostel”

Pros: It has a big locker (you have to pay for the lock0 so you can leave your backback safely locked), beds comfortable, fairy clean. Cons: Location it's not the center. I'ts walkind distance to everything (center, railway station) but no cafes or restaurants near by(Copenhagen is a cold city and you won't want to be walking that much! It has no hostal ambient, no nightlife, cold ambient. Unpayable 150DK (about 20eur or $28) breakfast. If you can pay for this, stay in a hotel ;) BE AWARE: You have to pay extra in the check in plus the sheets and towls!

“Misleading presentation, disappointed.”

I am writing here only my observations objectively without prejudice in order to help others who wish to book a room in Copenhagen at this Hostel. I don't normally leave comments but this time I want to write something to help others. First of all, Hostel is located by the river which is good location. A tall and big building, obviously very crowded. our first impression was very good as it looked a modern and large lobby. We entered into the long queue and waited about 20-25 minutes to check in. Our reservation were pre-paid via Expedia but we were asked to pay some hidden and extra charges: 1. We were asked if we had brought our linens with us, obviously we said no and result 60 Krons (8-9 EUR) per person. 2. We were asked if we have a club membership we said no and result 30 Krons (5 Eur) per person. When I asked how much is the membership and they said 160 Krons (20 Eur). In total we had to pay 180-200 Krons (25-30) EUR extra. This was so annoying. In the room, quilts were so dirty we could not even touch it. We went downstairs for the internet (no wifi in the rooms). It was written on the wall wifi is free but I could not connect as the reception was too poor, I entered the queue again to get another wifi code but this connection was worse. In the meantime I had the chance to observe other people in the queue and must say EVERYBODY WAS SHOCKED BY THE HIDDEN AND EXTRA CHARGES. Everybody was arguing or complaining at the reception.As a result, be warned to get harmed.
