“Great Location with great breakfask and OK dinner buffet”

Pleasantly surprised with what a good hotel it was, for moderate price, in great location, with wonderful breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet while not inspired, was adequate and appreciated given the prices in CPH.

“Don't be put off!”

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. Having read recent reviews we were becoming a little anxious about what we'd find. No need. This, in our view, is a very comfortable, well located and well run hotel. The room was clean, well equipped, and well serviced (and the windows opened!). Breakfast was excellent. It is difficult to see how some people could find cause for complaint. The provision of freshly ground coffee and fresh fruit all day, on demand was very welcome. The evening 'light buffet dinner' was fresh and tasty and it was very easy to put together a hearty meal if you felt like it, and I did. We only needed to eat out at lunchtime, which was a bonus in what is, as everyone has noticed, a very expensive city. The staff were, without exception friendly and helpful. If you are used to large rooms then I can understand some earlier review comments about feeling cramped, but for an extremely convenient, very good value hotel for a shortish city break it would be hard to beat the 27. I do not usually write reviews but on this occasion I felt that someone needed to put the record straight on this hotel. We had a very enjoyable time and this is an excellent place to stay...(so there!)

“Great for exploring Copenhagen”

Great hotel. Service, room, food and free coffee were excellent. An ideal spot for exploring Copenhagen and close to the station to explore further.

“Fantastic hotel, brilliant stay”

Lovely and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room (although room service did come round a little too early form my liking on some days), excellent food served at both breakfast and dinner - having expected a 'light evening meal' we found that the meal available was more than enough to sustain us! In a fantastic central location, 5 min walk from the main train station, on the doorstep of tivoli gardens and the main shopping street. Can't speak highly enough of this hotel, we had a fantastic stay and would love to return.

“Excellent Hotel”

I was very impressed with this hotel. It's very friendly, stylish and clean and is incredibly central - right next to the Tivoli gardens and near the main shopping streets and canals. Everywhere is a short walk away. Its also very close to Central Station, but I took a taxi there as my bags were heavy (allow about 100 Danish Krona for this). Getting the train to central station from the airport is really easy & very cheap - only 30 DK for a single trip. Overall it was great. Room was a bit compact but very clean & stylish. Might need to take ear plugs as it can be a bit noisy on a weekend night.

“Unparelleled Service, Great Location and Food”

Location, Location, Location! Plus the service was outstanding. Helpful friendly staff, never too busy to help with pleasure. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious and plentiful! If you want air conditioning request a room on the 5th floor. Rooms were clean and comforable. Would stay again!

“Favourite hotel”

The room was small however comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The breakfast all day coffee and evening buffet were wonderful. The location was great not far from train station and everything of interest. We have visited many cities stayed in many hotels and this is one of our all time favourites, it had a lovely friendly and cosy feel, why being modern and current.

“We'll definitely return!”

We booked this hotel after much searching online for good values; we were not disappointed. Our room was one of the "smaller" rooms that some reviewers complained about, but we found it to fit our needs perfectly. We both had 2 large pieces of luggage and did plenty of shopping. The closet space was ample for our clothes and we were able to tuck away our suitcases, with plenty of "moving around" space. The breakfast and dinners were absolutely amazing! We stayed 6 nights and were not disappointed at any meal. The bed was very comfortable and the City Hall bell did chime; but stopped at midnight so it didn't disturb you all night long. We grew to love the beautiful sounds it made. The hotel was situated just a short walk from Central Station and we caught the train there nearly every day (plus easily rode the train from the airport to the station and walked to the hotel). My boyfriend proposed to me at Tivoli Gardens among the twinkling Christmas lights, which is just a skip away...so Copenhagen will always be a very special place we visited! Just an amazing hotel, great staff who spoke excellent English (like the rest of Copenhagen's residents), and we can't say enough about the meals! Plus, a cappuccino machine you can use anytime of the day? We'll definitely be back if we ever visit Copenhagen again!

“Clarion Collection Hotel Twentyseven The Best in Copenhagen”

The location of this hotel could not be better! It was conveniently located to the train station via a 10 minute walk. The hotel offered a complementary and filling breakfast and also a complementary dinner buffet that featured quality, not quantity (two hot dishes, fresh bread, several salads, soup, and plenty of fresh vegetables). The prices for beverages at dinner though were very steep ($13 for the house wine and it went up from there). But other than, that no complaints. The room was simple, yet clean and quiet. We asked for and received a quiet room. When I looked out the window I noticed that it faced a courtyard with neighboring apartments, so in the summer time when people are ourdoors and the windows are open, it may be a different story. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable (for example, we are runners and they offered us maps for 3 different running routes around town). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

“comfortable and accessible”

I found this hotel comfortable and clean. My room was small, but big enough for my 8 night stay. I appreciated and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent location. The only criticism is that my room faced the outdoor patio area and it was very noisy late into the night (fortunately I am a good sleeper) and this could be troublesome to some.
