“Decent Hotel Stay for One Night”
This room was decent for a one night stay. The room is very small when compared to U.S standards. Taxi ride cost 276 krona each way; very expensive. The location was downtown and it was fun to walk around downtown Copenhagen.
“Great value, service and location”
I just spent four nights at the Hotel Alexandra and found it to be an excellent value. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While the rooms are small they are comfortable, have very nice bathrooms and the house cleaning was outstanding. It is in an excellent location being only a few blocks from Stroget Street and Tivoli. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Copenhagen.
“Unique Hotel with Danish furnishings”
Only stayed one night, in a standard room. On 5th floor. Very quiet. Considering that it is OLD, you need to understand the size of the bathroom, TINY but serviceable. The shower was hot and powerful. The beds were comfortable. Unique Danish furniture makes it interesting. No included Breakfast with our stay so the price was quite high.
“Solid Hotel in Center of Town”
The staff and front desk was very helpful.
“A hyggelit hotel in Copenhagen”
Cozy hotel centrally located in Copenhagen. The decor is charming, the staff are friendly and helpful.
“a perfect choice”
We were immediately smitten with Hotel Alexandra. It was small, friendly, and in the perfect location for enjoying walking around Copenhagen. I found it much more inviting than the larger, more oppullent hotels I've visited elsewhere. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience.
