Great hotel, good location.Posted May 28, 2014
We have just returned from a great 4 night stay at this hotel. We requested a double room in a quiet location overlooking the garden and were not disappointed. We stayed in room 305, a spacious double bedroom with small shower room (all bathrooms are small in Copenhagen unless you go for a really top end hotel!). The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the station in a quiet residential location in beautiful Frederiksberg. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good and comprised a selection of fruit juices, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, various breads, various cold meats, warm boiled eggs, cheese and hot drinks. All the staff were very helpful and polite. If we were to go back to Copenhagen we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel central to sights in CopenhagenPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: Nice size rooms. Excellent breakfast. Attractive, contemporary furnishing. Very comfortable. Good value for money.
Cons: the temperature of the shower could be hotter.
Location: Close for visiting sights on foot in Central,Nrth & Sth Copenhagen, but on a quiet road within 10 min walk of a wonderful park. Bus stop outside.
From the moment we checked in the hotel service was exceptional - we had just hired a car at the airport and by the time we got to the hotel we had a flat tyre. The hotel receptionist was so helpful making all the necessary phone calls (without charging) to have the car collected by a tow truck. He spoke excellent English was sympathetic and calm, taking the stress out of the situation.

Not as great as it could bePosted May 19, 2014
Location: Location is a ten minute walk from the center. A public bus right outside the hotel takes you directly to the train station. A 7/11 is nearby.
This boutique hotel is well situated in charming Frederiksberg - a ten minute walk from the center. It is quiet, the rooms are pleasant, and the breakfast buffet is ample, so it should be wonderful, but we didn't have a great feeling about being there. Maybe it was the 20 minute wait to check in (only one person checking guests in during the busiest time) and the coffee machine in the waiting area that proved to require payment. Maybe it was the claustrophobic bathroom/shower, which seemed more appropriate for a ship than a one-step-up-from-standard room in a pricey hotel. The wi-fi (which some guests pay for and some get for free, as we noticed as others checked in) didn't work, and the fellow at the desk told me to bring my computer to the desk -- but he couldn't get it working either. (Wi-Fi worked everywhere else on our trip.) The staff was pleasant but a bit condescending to us, an older couple. It wouldn't take much to make this a great hotel -- but as it is, it is just so-so.

Cosy and comfortable in central CopenhagenPosted Mar 24, 2014
This is a no-frills hotel, but I found it very clean, comfortable and handy for central Copenhagen. Free breakfast included - tea, coffee, juice, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, a variety of local breads, fresh eggs, cold meats and cheese. My room was small, but big enough for me to feel comfortable in. My bed was cosy and soft. The bathroom has a walk in wet room, you'll need to bring your own shower gel, shampoo etc. There is also a tv in the room- it was nice to watch a film last at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is good value, 4 once as seen in the photosPosted Mar 16, 2014
Pros: I liked the simple decor and the beds were very comfortable, I have an arthritis condition and find many beds too hard but they were perfect.
Cons: Wifi should be part of the cost of the hotel and the woman who does breakfast needs a lesson in customer service.
Location: As said before its 15 minutes from central station which is fine except for when you are really tired but its a nice area better than near the station
The hotel rooms weren't huge but good enough and beds were comfortable. Room was clean but they don't clean behind the radiators which are really dusty. Its about a 15 minute walk from central station and 20 minutes to the shops. Cheaper to eat on the way to the hotel than the shopping district. Not happy that we had to pay for wifi as this should be a standard feature of a hotel room now and we paid for 24 hours and it wouldn't work for the last few hours and they blamed our phones but we had been using wifi all day all over Copenhagen. Desk staff were friendly but the woman who does the breakfast was rude and made the atmosphere very unwelcoming. Breakfast was ok, no hot food other than toast. Very quiet at night and it was nice to be able to open the window in the room.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet location.Posted Mar 5, 2014
Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel which is within walking distance of top attractions. The room was large and clean but dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn't a wide selection for breakfast but it was tasty.

Easily spotted.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Same key for everything.
Cons: Very minor - A shelf in the bathroom and a extra hook in there too Perhaps a container for soap/sponge in the shower.
Location: Convenient for restaurants/bars/shops with a bus stop outside, almost.
Spent three full days at this hotel for my birthday in February.

Perfect for the city, in a lovely area.Posted Feb 23, 2014
Pros: Everything! Very good value for money!
Cons: We were told wifi is free to guests who book direct with the hotel??? If this is true is seemed a little unfair.
Location: At the airport buy a 72 hours bus/train pass. This covered our short break for return train for the airport and the 26 bus that stops outside hotel!
Fabulous staff and an amazing breakfast! The rooms are lovely and warm! Modern in style and cleaned everyday. Fresh towels were readily available and a good hair dryer in the room.
