Dear Jan,Thank you for taking time to write a review. It is a four floor Hotel. We do not have single room located on the fourth floor. The occupancy was high and we were not able to give you the room on the higher floor then the 2nd floor. It is always up to availability. You can always let Hotel know that you require a quite room. We had availability for the quite rooms but on the ground floor. We are on the way to change the corridor doors so it would not create anymore issues with the noise. I hope you would consider staying in the Hotel in the future so we could impress you with the rooms and service. Best regards,
