We booked this hotel because we were overnighting in Copenhagen and it was perfect. It’s two stops from the airport on the Metro, don’t have to bother with a taxi. The hotel restaurant had good options for dinner and the breakfast is great. I would highly recommend.

Location very short walk to the train stop, very easy and fast to get to the airport. Our room had stains on the chairs, 2 pillows in room, called desk for 1-2 more pillows and wash clothes- none in room either. Never brought to our room. We left before breakfast opened so I can’t leave a comment on it.

Excellent base for a trip to Copenhagen
Great hotel two stops on the metro from the airport, rooms are basic but clean and the rest of the hotel is very modern..the breakfast was amazing with lots of different things to try

Ditch the rental car
We had 2 days in Copenhagen before flying home to the USA. I ditched the rental car and use the wonderful public transit system. This hotel is super close to the Metro line that goes between the city centre and the airport. Rooms were on the small side, but adequate for our needs. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Plenty of power outlets. Pro Tip: Don't buy a can of beer from the front desk. Walk 100 meters to the Netto and get it way cheaper. The people at the front desk are super nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and much better that I expected. Excellent harbor front park just down the street for walking/running. Overall next time I'm in town, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Room was small, very loud as it was right above a courtyard and drunk people yelling all night so we couldn’t sleep. We had to keep the window open as there was no AC and it was too stuffy without it. Receptionist was kind and breakfast excellent, though.

my room shower had no cold water, took 2 calls and 1 visit to reception to know why, was told it could not be fixed during our stay, was offered to change room, but too much stuff to move.we decided not to move. carpet was dirty, breakfast carpet was also dirty.

The front desk personnel were very good..The rooms however were not.We ordered double bed,got 2 singles very small terrible mattress,one pillow each no air conditiong,the shower was short,and small flow of water.Carpet looked old,just very disappointed.The price was expensive for a bad room. the restaurant had very limited menu,very expensive.The waitress was great, and food was ok.just overall very disappointed in the quality of the hotel.

Room we had was very basic and dated, but good. Unfortunately the shower glass does not go all the way to the floor tile allowing water to make its way across the bathroom floor.

bad choice!
The hotel does not have air conditioning in the superior rooms. Very basic bedding comfort. Welcome and check in very "cow-boy" by "very cool" young people = not necessarily what you need after a tiring trip. In short, I do not recommend this hotel that should shame the chain, I changed hotels the next day to find myself in Copenhagen city center for a more economical price and much better comfort.

A good stay
No AC in the room and it was hot in Copenhagen so when the sun hit my window in the morning it got pretty toasty in there. Had to open the window but had no screens. Maybe no real bugs to worry about there?? But the staff and the people working in the restaurant were great. Location was amazing being so close to the airport and literally a 1 minute walk to the Metro train!!

Staff were all very help and polite. There was plenty of choice at breakfast including our two vegetarians. The pool was quite cold but we did manage a couple of 20 minute play sessions. Easy access from the airport and to the city via the Metro. Well worth a visit. 4/5.

This hotel is surely frequently and intensively used. Room service personnel could possibly do more efforts to do their jobs. Reception, breakfast room and restaurant staff very polite and friendly. Nice location.

The staff and customer service was was excellent. Friendly and effective. On the other hand, the room not great. Wall damage, stains on the carpet, the toilet was dirty, and there were barely any soap. You get what you pay for, I guess. On the plus side, it’s amazing for a night layover. It was a 1 minute walk to the metro. The metro is only a 2 minute trip to the airport. The short trip and the excellent thing customer service made the stay.
