“great location...great breakfast buffet!”
The location and the breakfast were the best qualities of this hotel. It is a true 3star hotel.
“Great hotel”
Very convenient location. Short 5 min walk to Tivoli Gardens. Short walk to the hop on hop off tour bus, also about 5 minutes. Stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite. Lots of room and great setup. One room had a oversized queen bed. the other room, had a fold out double couch bed, 2 club chairs, table with 2 chairs, a desk, flat screen tv wall mounted. The bathroom was in the entry area and was set up with the bath/shower/bidet/sink in one room and the toilet/sink in another. Lots of room for 4 or even 5 people. Also in the entry area was a huge closet. Check in was at 3 but they have a luggage room you can store your bags in, but at your own risk, so don't leave valuables there. The elevators are very small so plan to make a couple of trips if you have a lot of people and baggage. Also the breakfast buffet was very good. Make sure to take advantage of that. There is no A/C but with the windows open and the fan running the room was quite comfortable. You won't be disappointed.
“A great place to stay with easy access to all transportation”
We needed a place to stay for a quick trip to Copenhagen. This hotel is easy to find, close to the all public transport and had a great room. What else is there to say?
“Good, but don1t put your measures high”
Hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes walk from metro station, however you can reach everything by walk. Breakfast: basic continental... you eat every day almost the same. after a while you just get bored of it. Quality of hotel: needs refurnishment! Carpet change, sofa change etc. Looks overused and old styled.
“Good breakfast, fine location otherwise a loser”
There is no climate control system to speak of -- you can open the windows but there is street noise. The bathroom are most unsatisfactory -- small with no place to put anything. The hotel is scruffy with chips out of the woodwork and beat up carpets. Happily the breakfast buffet was pretty good and the location is excellent, but that's not enough to offset the negatives.
“Copenhagen's "Wonderful"”
I booked three rooms for my husband and I and two daughters and families for a family celebration. We all loved the hotel , especially the buffet breakfasts. Also it is ideally situated for sightseeing. I usually stay with my son and daughter in law but will definitely use it again if the need arises.

“Great deal in Copenhagen”
This is an excellent hotel, with a central location in Copenhagen very near the S-station and downtown. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bathroom was a bit small and the floor got wet from the shower. However, this is really a very minor issue. This is the best deal I have seen in Copenhagen. Only Cab-Inn is cheaper (and has no breakfast included), but the comfort is much much higher in Best Western Richmond. I will chose this hotel again next time I am in Copenhagen.
“A Viable Option”
Booked Hotel Richmond at the last minute. Location was convenient. Disappointed that could not get into my room until 3PM (I know there's no obligation for earlier, but most European hotels understand the plight of weighted-down, sweaty international travelers). Then on check-out day, someone was banging on my door to clean the room at 8:30 in the morning! Room was quite spartan by US standards, especially for the price, though nothing terribly wrong. Best part was the breakfast which was great.
