Wonderful Copenhagen!

Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff were amazingly friendly and helpful with very good knowledge and excellent multilingual skills. The breakfast buffet was superb.
Location: Very central, near to the Tivoli Gardens, the train station, the shopping streets and with lots of good places to eat and drink nearby.
Great experience staying here. The hotel is close to the attractions (well within walking distance) but remains quiet and very enjoyable to use as a base to see Copenhagen. The food is very fresh and varied for the breakfast. The warm loaves were particularly appetizing and tasty.

Nice hotel In an ideal location.

We enjoyed or stay in the Savoy Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and tried to tend to all our requests. The location was ideal for us as we were within walking distance of the Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and City Centre..The hotel, though always busy, was nice and quiet at night and was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed sitting out in the terrace. We have visited Copenhagen many times and loved being back there again, it is a beautiful and a friendly city.

Good stay before cruise.

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: The location, the staff and food.
Cons: Internet reception in room could be better.
Location: Short walk from main train station. we used the hop-on-hop-off bus from the train station.
Staff were very helpful. They helped us print out our travel documents, ordered transportation for us and answered our questions. They have a room to store our luggage when we arrived early and after we have checked out so we could go out to explore the city some more. Their breakfast was fantastic. So much tasty food! We were lucky that we were there during Jazz festival. We got to enjoy live music with our breakfast!

Conveniently located

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Reasonable price, as a Hotel is only needed for comfort when enjoying a City and it certainly gave that.
Location: Location good as can get to a lot of things walking and we enjoyed walking the local area and it was not far from Fredericksburg and it's lovely park
My husband and I chose to stay at The Savoy for the convenience of its position near the central station. It was an easy walk from the station to the Hotel and we were not disappointed with the Hotel at all.We arrived late at the Hotel because our plane had been delayed 5 hours and were given a comfortable and clean room. The next day we asked if we could change rooms as we preferred to be on a higher floor and we were changed immediately . We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The Hotel was clean and had a very inviting reception entrance. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to sit out in a very appealing courtyard. We had a very pleasant 4 days at the hotel and would choose to use the Hotel again.

Nice boutique hotel very near most attractions

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Centrally located and great simple breakfast
Cons: Air condition, better pillows
Excellent location and price. Great breakfast with fresh Danish pasteries. Clean and well run with very helpful front desk staff. Shower is very small, bed is small and pillows were inadequate. No air condition so in a hot day you may feel warm at night despite the open windows. Otherwise it's a great little hotel in central location.
