“good looking hotel but a few things i would change”

very close to everything.... very easy to get to from airport. good decor, nice and functional looking... but... bed was creaky, pillow was too small and not firm, duvet too small, room was pleasant though. cleaners just came in after knocking, while i was asleep in the morning... couldnt find a do not disturb sign. they dont exactly spoil you with towels, extra blankets and pillows. but pleasant over all... this is constructive criticism from me.

“location and price”

Hotel is adequate but is slightly rundown. Shower and fawcet leaked badly but worked. Room was average size, with old carpet. Internet facility in lobby was not working. Hotel does have convenient location next to train station and reflects cheap price by local standards.

“Location, location, location!”

If you dont mind the noise tha comes from outside then is a good hotel to stay because of its location in the center of the city.

“Very helpful staff”

We took a long weekend to Copenhagen and I chose this hotel because of the close vicinity to station. This was excellent. On the train at the airport, approx 10mins ride, easy to buy tickets and easy check in. We were given a "quiet room" after we paid for an early check-in room - we had been up since 2am - Don't bother asking for early check when booking as it seems to be standard to offer you a room at extra cost. The room was ok a bit tired, no hairdryer, coffee/ tea making facilities. V hot with only a fan to cool but as it was unusually hot weather this is understandable. Coffee/ tea available in lobby DDK. Breakfast is continental but plenty of it, salmon, ham, cheeses etc. Restaurants within walking distance. Lovely soup in the cafe next door, but a very expensive city to eat and drink. City Hall ,where you catch buses, and Tivoli gardens well within walking distance. You can leave bags after check at time to leave later in the day. Over all the hotel was ok but I don't think I would recommend it to a friend. But, the hotel staff were excellent very patient with some trying customers.

“Okay but not great”

This hotel is very basic, and its best quality is its location - right near the train station and a walking distance from everything. However, if you're planning a relazing vacation in which you stay in the hotel - this one is not your choice. The hotel is very basic - small rooms. However, the breakfast is good, the people are nice and helpful - and, as I said, it's very convenient for people who want to se Copenhagen and don't have much time.

“So so”

Small rooms with small bathrooms, and a lot of noise all day and night from trains coming in and out of the Central Station. Location is very good (2 mins from Tivoli Gardens), breakfast is decent and staff is attentive, but overall doubtful value for money.

“Utilitarian”

Breakfast was very good. The room needed cosmetic repairs. The train noise was not a problem. My wakeup calls were late twice. A 30 inch single bed is narrower than I would expect from a hotel, but the matress was comfortable.
