Close to familyPosted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: The location. The staff was awesone. The bkft.was also good
Cons: The sheets on the bed!!!!!!!!
Location: Visit family
It would have been an even better stay if the sheets had been bigger as we were always waking up with the fitted sheets either stuck between our toes or the sheet was up around our knees.

Great hotel!Posted Oct 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We needed only 2 nights for a family event in Coquitlam. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and everything was clean except the carpet ..needed cleaning. Breakfast was good, incl waffles, hard boiled aggs, bagels, pastries etc. The front desk person even lent his gps to one of our group who didnt have one...went the extra mile for us. Glad we chose best western.

perfect for us!Posted Oct 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was located near our desired location so getting around was easy. The hotel was very clean, the rooms clean and comfortable and up to date. (The carpet was a little stained but otherwise it was great). The service was excellent. In fact, my brother-in-law asked at the desk how to get to a certain location as his US gps wasn;t working, and the fellow at the desk just said, "Here, take mine, use it as long as you need it and drop it off at the desk before you check out." That's service above and beyond!. Good breakfast too.

Great service in a nice accessable areaPosted Oct 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We went down for a wedding and wanted a place to stay that was close to everything. The property is a short walk to skytrain which really opens up the entire Vancouver area. The hotel itself was clean, service was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was just right to get you started in the morning. The neighbourhood is a little noisy as it is situated right on the highway, but if you get a room facing away from the highway its good, we were able to leave the window open at night without much noise. We will stay here again.

Great place for the moneyPosted Sep 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
My 12-yo daughter and I stayed here for one night. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable; breakfast was standard continental w/waffles, etc. There was a small heated outdoor pool, that looked well-kept, but we didn't have time to use it (closed by 9:00). Staff was friendly. It is a little tricky to find the entrance to the hotel, and if you miss it, you either end up on another freeway or heading down a highway, without a good turnaround for a bit. Make sure to look for the "hotel entrance" sign that is the street before it seems like it would be. You need to enter off of a side street--you cannot turn directly into their parking lot by the entrance to the hotel. Parking is also a little tight. Not that big of a deal though; I would definitely recommend it.
