Wonderful hotel in CoquitlamPosted May 3, 2015
Pros: The proximity to restaurants, banks, and shopping. Hotel also offered 2 restaurants, pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness centre.
Location: Casinos, fine dining restaurants, tourist spots.
We travelled to Vancouver for our son's wedding and booked our 4 day stay through Expedia. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. Our needs were addressed quickly and efficiently. The cleaning staff went out of their way to provide us with a clean comfortable room

Friendly staffPosted Apr 24, 2015
My stay was comfortable and the staff were helpful. I had dinner at the pub, the food was ok. It hit the spot but, not great. This would be a good location if traveling with av young family and if you have transportation. I walked from the skytrain station but I didn't have much luggage. Joeys is a close walk and there are many Korean restaurants near by. The Lougheed mall is near by as well.

Used to be betterPosted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Pool area indoor
Cons: Front desk staff need to take common sense into consideration when enforcing their policies...have a heart
Was on a work trip but took my wife and 2 year old son with me. They spent the day in Vancouver while I worked in Port Moody. I had already prepaid online for the room and when my wife went to check-in at the hotel with my son the woman at the counter refused to let my wife check-in for me, even after I called the hotel to warn them that my wife would be at the hotel well ahead of me. I offered to give my credit card # over the phone to authorize incidentals and the other things they require but the front desk clerk was really rude and wasn't willing to let us check-in unless I was at the hotel to sign the waiver. She made my wife sit in the lobby for 45 minutes with our 2 year old son and wait for me to get off work and come to the hotel to sign one piece of paper. I have stayed at this hotel many times for work before and this will be the last time after dealing with this person. I didnt catch her name on the phone primarily because her accent was so thick. I wish I had. She must not have children, otherwise she was have shown some sort of sympathy and just let my wife get into the room.
