It isn't fancy, but it did the job. I was in town for a couple of days with my teenager and we mostly just wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep at night. This fit the bill nicely. There's a bus stop about a two minute walk away which was very convenient since I don't drive. Staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Chinese restaurant with access from property did not open until 9am! Hotel had no breakfast facilities, causing a 1.5km walk/bus ride to get to nearest places open for breakfast. Hotel is not centrally located for other restauant options. At other Ramada locations where I have stayed, there has always been a breakfast room/area, with beakfast icluded in the price per night.

It's an old property. I think a lot of renovations needed to be done. The rooms were laminated so I didn't feel the comfort of a hotel. The pool was nasty main pool was very dirty, I could feel mud/sand on the pool floor it was dirty. Chemicals in the hot tub were in excess.

I will not recommend this property to anyone. Sleeping in my car would feel safer than staying here. The persons behind the front desk both male and female were rude, dismissive and unapproachable all shifts not even making eye-contact. A bad look on the name brand "Ramada"!

The rooms and the personnel were excellent. Restaurant was ok but didn’t open til 9am. Outside is showing its age and grubby.

nothing. Parking lot is open and scary for families. We got flat tire on Driving side wheel. They're not doing complimentary Breakfast which was shawing up during reservation time. Proprty seems old and room was not clean enough. Room heater/aircondition was not working. Bed liner was smelling like Rats 🐀 poop. corridor space was noisy and Swimming pool was shared with swimming lessons students. I am not happy about this place. it was very bad experience for me and my family. 😏

Dear Priti Soni,We have checked the AC in your room and it is definitely working. There is no rat or mice in the room or any droppings. We are very proactive on those problem. We even called in the pest control to inspect the room. We also inspect the room before occupancy , so we know the room is ready to go. Also, we never advertised free breakfast , you can confirm that with Expedia .

Not the worst hotel, and if you are on a limited budget it would do, but the Ramada name has fallen quite far. The area outside the hotel entrance was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts, The heater in the room didn't work, I had to call the front desk to figure out how to turn on the TV, and the walls are paper thin as I got serenaded all night by the sexual escapades of the people in the next room. Overall cleanliness could be better. Also you can tell that not long ago my non smoking room was a smoking room.

Had a great stay. Staff were very accommodating helpful and courteous. Coffee was great. Pool was awesome our grand daughter was in it every day. Check in was quick and we had the room we liked.

Our room was by the main door access to the pool and unruly unsupervised kids were very noisy in & out the door! The pool was unusable by us due to a large group of unsupervised rambunctious kids. We stayed here before mostly because of location & price! Have recommended before time limits for kids & a must be supervised in the pool! Thinking this would be a liability issue for the hotel? Have suggested adults only times ie: 7am to 9am; and 9pm to 11pm no kids strictly inforssed

Rats everywhere, broken tv, sofa bed had mouse droppings and sheets were filthy and covered in hair and had not been changed and blood stained bedding. Hotel refused to do anything about it and we have photos. Sleep in your car instead. The onsite restaurant is being investigated by the health authorities again. Disgusting

This is a horrible hotel. It is old, dirty and noisy. The shower was falling apart and the tub was very dirty. I will never stay at this location again and I recommend to not stay here. Hard to believe it is a Ramada.

Had a very nice stay for 5 days. Staff were great , very friendly. The pool was not as relaxing as we hoped only because there were swim lessons happening and we didn't feel or have the freedom of the pool.
