This is the type a reviews you get when a guest don't get what they want and when they did not do there research, this guest did not do their research and book one room with two beds for a husband, wife and a teenager and what to be down Town when the map show that we are not down town . Upon the guest arrival they ask for the nicest room I sense that these guest want something so before I check them in I show the room to them that they booked and they take it. We are not no scam you book a room and we had a room for you. We work hard for what we have and always working to make it better we don't clock in and out we clock in all the time because we love what we have and what we do. about the pigeon in all the years here its the first time seeing a pigeon this pigeon flew all the way from Cuba both leg was labeled with tag. This poor bird was tired and hungry. the bird enter the unit because you leave the door open and for that I am sorry, I am sorry the bird enter your unit. There a bird on this property everyday but none never enter a unit, after I told my friend about the guest behavior with the poor pigeon she send her husband to get the pigeon. Pigeon is now at the Zoo where he could get medical attention.

Thank you for your review our apology for the missing pillow an the A/C most of our rooms or villa have four or more pillows sometime one is in the closet two hours before check in the A/C turn on and was working good our A/C Technician was on a different Island but he fly over to fix it that same night, this is the Bahamas its a beautiful place and yes it is not Cheap I am not sure what you paid for your room so I cant comment on it.The Tv do work but if the cable company is having problem then we will have a problem until they fix it we also have Free WIFI in the rooms and villas.

We do have a front office as for the mosquitoes ask guest to keep the screen on there sliding door. as for the mattress in the room that you book we will investigate it. we know for a fact that the rooms/villas don't have mold.

I often find find that people who have not travelled much in the world can be very rude and ignorant about different culture.We don't advertise a fancy hotel its an island hotel on the beach we are not expensive, we didn't promise you five star ratings we are simply clean and safe villas our staff are friendly and we do our best to keep our customers happy.We believe that there are people in the world that still love the idea of simply things, island things, island feeling, hand made things that is what we sell here, we have a thatch roof bar and restaurant , thatch umbrellas on the beach, do you know what that is called its a work of ARTS, our villas are up to date for an island local hotel and like I told you we don't sell plastic luxury here.

I am sorry for for your experience. as for the concern that you listed a note was taken and what we found it was address.

Thank you for you review, I am sorry that you didn't get assistance upon arrival. In order to answer you review i had to get some information from your serves what they told me is that you was drinking heineken beer plus mix drinks that could contribute to the way you was feel. i find it hard to believe that there was none of these no wash rags in bathroom - no sheet on the bed. what i would believe is that the refrigerator was not plugged in and yes the cabinet got damage but was repair the best way possible for now. we spoke with you during your stay and i ask you if everything was ok and you said yes, i gave you the opportunity to talk to me directly and you didn't say any of this for me to fixed it.

There is always a staff on the property .we have motion and solar light and regular lights on the property. what i don't understand is that you call the place a run down dump when you didn't even get to check out our room/villas and why would you thought that you was going to get robbed this is a great community with businesses and families everywhere. Tip1 if you are going to arrive after check in contact the office Tip2 for the next time you wright a reviews try to be honest.

I am sorry you didn't get the room you rented if this is the case, in which you didn't get the room you rent, maybe you arrived at the property before checked in and the room you booked is not ready as yet. our staff would do one of two things offer you a room that is ready or explain to you that your is not ready because you arrived early, they would then take you to the ready room and give the choice to do one of two things wait on your room or villas or take the ready one. As for the transportation not all our villas/room comes with free pick up and drop off services. if the villa/ room comes with free transportation you would have to reach our to our office with your flight information
