We stayed at this hotel a week prior and found it nice so we set up another stay for the next weekend. The room the second trip was not as clean as the week before. Over all the room was ok.

Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: Cleaners could pay more attention
Location: I liked it - good parking and somewhere to walk to.
Could be a really nice hotel, if they paid a little more attention to detail. I get the feeling that the hotel is not terribly popular. But the rooms are large and airy, the televisions offer excellent HD viewing - which is not always the case - the internet is fast and easy. It's about a 10-minute walk to a really pleasant food/shopping area (South on University). I will definitely go there again on my next trip to Coral Springs.

Pros: LOCATION, CLEAN
Cons: NONE, REALLY
Location: Middle of the cleanest town I have ever seen....
Checkin was quick , Expedia had it all handled, the room was clean, everything worked, hotel halls and access were very clean, carpets and entrances recently scrubbed.... just a good stay at an Expedia good price. Note: Coral Springs Florida is a unique city... NO SIGNAGE, no twenty foot McDonalds arches, signs or Publix billboards. All signs must be on the buildings so you best know where you are going before you get there. I drove past the hotel twice. Its a city ordinance and I called it silly at first, BUT it is the cleanest city you will ever drive in. No wires, no signs, no billboards and we saw work crews pressure washing sidewalks and curbs. Immaculate and should set an example of cleanliness to other cities.

This was quite an adequate stay for 10 nights. It is a rather larger hotel and very well kept. A big beautiful pool and sitting area. For the amount of guests, they could offer a little bit more choices for breakfast, but again adequate. A good location for seating in and around the area and ready access to driving to the east coast specialty areas. Our room in particular had no refrigerator which I thought unusual and the water pressure was a little low along with a slow drain, but again adequate and I would stay again.

This says its only a 2 star hotel, but it sure is nice. They have recently redone most everything. Flat screens in the rooms, new furniture, new carpet, etc. The rooms are great, nice size, clean, and comfortable. The beds must be new, because they are VERY comfortable. I slept like a log. One thing I love about this hotel, is the walk out balconies. This is also very close to Ale House, and some other fine places to eat and drink. It also wasn't very far from the Coconut Casino.

Lovely environment for any guest of any age

Pros: attractive room
Location: convenient to shopping and restaurants
Excellent, clean, attractive, comfortable environment. The only problem was that one elevator (out of two) was not working and the wait to use the remianing one was frustratingly long (no doubt an unavoidable circumstance, but I'm surprised it was not fixed within a nearly 24 hour period).
