The team were all very nice and helpful. The area seemed safe and was convenient to everything we needed. A small breakfast is available. There were no bugs and the rooms look clean. We had to call to ask for a new shower curtain because the one in our room had a very strong mildew smell. They brought it right away and were very nice about it. The rooms could use some updating, but all in all it was safe and clean and cost was fair.

I loved the attentiveness and cheerfulness of the staff at night when we checked in and in the day when we left. The breakfast was wonderful for my wife and she enjoyed it very much. We stayed in room 149 and it was very quiet even though the expressway is visible from the room. The bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing too, hot water and massaging showerhead. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in quite a long time. Just experiencing the great staff at this hotel made our stay worth it.

Property was dirty and rundown. Tell the front desk clerk to put on a clean, unwrinkled shirt (not a t-shirt with a stupid symbol on it).

I loved the option of having an inner or outer room. I wasn't too wild about the cleaning. The beds and everything was fine, I just think the bathroom could've used some love. Overall loved my stay and would stay again

The staff upon check-in was extremely helpful and nice whem this less-than-tech-savvy customer had expedia online reservations difficulties. Room was very comfy and clean. Bteakfast was delicious with many wonderful choices and welcoming staff.

this was a very easy access off the highway which we wanted. we stayed on a trip south to florida and we have stayed here before. room was lovely and clean. only fallback and not the hotels fault but it was very noisy all night with trucks going by. perhaps the back of the hotel rooms are better will ask next time I go
