I was very pleased with cleanliness, comfort, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was great for me. Everything turned out correctly to make me happy and very comfortable. Enjoyed the Country Inn Suites Corbin, Ky. very much.

I stayed here while coming back from a motorcycle trip to Ohio. It was one of the most pleasant and comfortable stays I have had. The little restaurant next door was also great!

I chose this hotel because most of the reviews were awesome, some were at the other end of spectrum. Can't figure out why, the general impression of the hotel was great, clean, nicely decorated; breakfast was awesome, fresh and hot; our room was clean and nice. If I had to say something not so good then didn't have microwave or frig in the room, but then I can't remember the last time I actually used one in my room. The service was excellent!!!! We will definitely stay here again!!!

I have had many exceptional stays at the Country Inn & Suites in London, KY and thought the this property would match but too many negatives will keep us away from this property. 1) requested late checkout @ 1pm and denied. 2) No elevator at this location. 3) Room located at furthest point of hotel on the top floor after telling clerk I have handicap and walking is sometimes difficult 4) One ice and vending machine. Downstairs on opposite end of building. 4) Asked for crib and denied. Clerk stated that they only kept 2 on hand and both were out. I later learned through another employee that they don't keep any at the property. 5) Website lists pool and whirlpool, not whirlpool room. Clerk was very rude when my wife stated how important a whirlpool was in our booking decision as it helps me medically regarding my legs. If nothing else, he could have offered us a whirlpool room. 6) No alarm clock in room 7) Red stains on one towel 8) Replacement shower head very poor. Small, high pressure model that was clogged so bad, my daughter took a "mist" shower. When i went in to take my shower, it blew off and hit me in the face that's how I found out how dirty it was. 8) Tub had hair in it and long-term soap buildup streaks running down tub walls.
