Turned down the bed and it didn't look like it had been changed! Overall the room was not very clean!

Room was fine, but No Elevators

We reserved and checked in late while on the way home from the Smokies. Desk attendant chatted at length with the people ahead of us. When I finally did check in, I discovered NO ELEVATORS. My wife has bad back pain, so even the 2nd floor climb is a big deal. I had to make multiple climbs late at night with all our luggage. Room was basic, but clean & comfy. No comment on the breakfast since we dined out. We will not return.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A MOTEL WITH NO ELEVATOR???carying bags up winding stair case never again!!!

Fresh coffee and cookies

Booked in this Hotel as it was so handy for the 75. Front desk were very helpful and there was Fresh coffee and cookies available in reception 24/7 which I thought was a nice touch. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel was great value.
