“10 OUT OF 10 GREAT - PLACE TO STAY”

Stayed two nights in this lovely non-smoking hotel. Large rooms with all facilities. Great pool and spa. Close to restaurants. Staff very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting clean amenities, conveniently located hotel. Stayed November 2011.

“Casual Traveler”

My wife and I spent two nights during Labor Day weekend. The room was very comfortable. The property is well maintained and near the Interstate 75 exit. They have a great hot breakfeast bar that's included with your stay. I would stay here again next time we are in the area.

“Stayed several times, everytime is good!”

We've stayed at this Country Inn many, many times and always have a good experience. The only negative is the trash cans in the room never have any bags in them, and this time I asked a maid about it and she said they don't give them to them to put out. It's just a little odd for a hotel that is great in so many aspects, to not have trash bags and that leaves sticky cans! Beds are always good, clean it's basically attached to Starbucks and Steak and Shake so that's a big plus! Pool area is decent, not huge, but not bad.

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was also clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and filling.

“Overall good choice- customer service is lacking”

I had high hopes for this hotel, but immediately after arriving at our room, we were greeted by a sign on our door warning us that our carpet may still be damp from being cleaned earlier that day. The front desk clerk mentioned nothing about this when I checked in, which was unprofessional in my opinion. When I asked to be moved to another room (did not want to walk around on wet carpet all night- gross!) , he motioned to a memo on the counter and said it was there for me to read. Very rude. Other annoyances with this hotel are the very loud elevator dings and all the room doors slam! If you aren't bothered by noise and irritable front desk clerks, this is a great hotel and a great value.

“I've found the place to stay”

Our suite was very nice, the bathtub had jets in it and there was a high sink above the mini-fridge which was ideal for setting up all my hair products! Also we enjoyed the separate rooms in the suite with two flat-screen TVs (even if they were the cheapest ones ever made). For some reason we could only turn them on with the remotes though. Not a big deal. Also the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub jets by the pool were extremely weak, which was a little disappointing, but still relaxing with family. Everything was very clean and worked well in our room. No complaints there. I will be coming here every year when we visit our family!

“Pretty Pleased”

The staff were very nice. A little confusing getting into the hotel parking lot. While I realize my stay was over the Christmas Holiday- which meant no room cleaning on Christmas Day, I would have liked the room more thoroughly cleaned- especially the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the complementary, continental breakfast was pretty good; the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday and felt cozy and comfy; and as I mentioned, the staff we're polite and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

“Comfortable stay”

London is an odd market, but this hotel held up. The pool was indoor, which doesn't work well for an August visit.
