Nice hotel for the money.Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: I especially liked that we had a full bath (tub and shower).
Location: We were only passing through--got there late at night and left early the next morning.
Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast bar. Room was clean and I especially enjoyed having a full bath.

Country Inn & Suites, London, KYPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: All of the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. My room was clean. Breakfast was good. The coffee at the breakfast bar was excellent.
Cons: The room A/C made a strange "whooshing" sound whenever the fan was running - annoying. Third floor hallway carpet needs to be cleaned.
Location: Convenient to I-75. I did not visit any attractions. Nearby restaurant choices are somewhat limited.
I had an enjoyable one-night stay while traveling. Just passing through. The lobby area and breakfast bar were clean and appealing. The front desk clerk was very helpful. The hallway carpeting on the third floor could use a cleaning. The room itself was clean and well appointed. The king-sized bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little to soft for my taste, but they were clean and fresh. The hotel's pool was nice. The hot tub was occupied by an elderly couple who were nuzzling and smooching for 30 minutes. Didn't want to interrupt them, so I skipped the soak. Too bad, as the prospect of a hot tub soak after 10 hours on the road was very appealing and the availability of a hot tub was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, the hotel was a fine place for a road-weary traveler to rest, recuperate, and recharge.

This was a good place to stay for a good price. The room smelled a little like smoke, but was overall clean. Breakfast was good too.

Not so Pet Friendly but Great Staff and BreakfastPosted Jun 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
We chose this motel because of the "pet friendly"service. Although there was a small grassy area at one end of the building, it was filled with cigarette buttes, litter, and other animals' waste. There was no way we could take a 4-month puppy into that area. Too bad other guests did not clean up after their pet or that the area was not designated and maintained for pets and their responsible owners--no cigarette butts or litter! Also, the room had not been cleaned very well--there was a beer bottle tucked by the edge of the bed and lots of crumbs on the floor--our pup discovered it all! The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast very good.

Disappointed since its a Country Inn & SuitePosted Jun 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
Have been at other Country Inn and Suites and were more than satisfied. However, the sign at the driveway claiming its a new Country Inn & Suites may be because you recently acquired the building?? Walls in hallway and stairway need painting. There were stains on the carpet in the room, not to mention hair on the bedspread and all over the bathroom floor was unacceptable. The staff was more than helpful-they gave us another room-but then that room didn't have a remote for the t.v. The poor girl at the front desk couldn't locate one so they brought us a different t.v. The pool area needs concrete work with cracks along the edging. Breakfast was excellent, as well as the morning staff. This London location needs some cosmetic work soon.

On the way to the Corvette MuseumPosted May 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Just when you can't make it the additional two hours to your destination, this hotel is a great choice for rest and relaxation. It was clean and comfortable and the staff pleasant. The only draw back was the slow drain in the bath tub. This was reported at check-out and hopefully taken care before the next guests check-in.
