Nice hotel

Location: It was near the freeway which is what we wanted
This is a nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast but our room had a few issues. One was the air conditioner was noisy it kept going on and off we think it was the compressor. Also could not use the freezer because it was frozen shut with about three inches of ice. Also needed shampoo and they were out of it.

Damp Smoky room, Internet connection no existent.

Cons: Definitely their Wi-fi. Anyone who needs to conduct any business through the internet would be just out of luck.
The room was damp. It was just outside the front porch of the hotel where all the smokers congregated and the smoke wafted into the room. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room it stank of stale smoke. The room was supposed to be ready at 3PM at 4 PM they told me if wasn't cleaned yet and I could not check in yet. I needed to get cleaned up and dressed to meet my party who were staying at another hotel. At 4:30 the told me the room was ready. The room had no shampoo and when I asked for some they were out and it had been ordered but wouldn't be there until the next day! I usually bring my own but I had packed two bottles of conditioner instead. I had to go buy some shampoo so I could get ready. The killer was the wi-fi, which was free but was actually non-existent. But it showed only one bar and would not even load my email! Nothing would load on the internet. I tried all 3 days that I was there and it never got better. Thank goodness Starbucks is right beside it and had to go over there to access email and the internet. For that reason I will never stay there again. The first night when the room was not ready I asked if I could cancel the reservation so I could go to another hotel. Because I had booked it through Expedia they would cancel but not refund my payment for the 3 nights.

Room was not clean. Food on floor. Cobwebs. Sticky walls. Room was humid to the point the bed linens were moist. Room smelled musty.

Excellent staff but so t get a room by the door

My room was right outside door to pool. Could hear Door slam all night and kids at pool. Hotel staff was awesome and tried to do what they could to quit area. I would stay at hotel again. But make sure you get a room not at the end.

it was a decent motel...close to restaurants and not much highway noise....the room was a decent size and clean...the air conditioning did not work properly though and it was noisy....the bed was a little hard for my comfort... the reason we booked with this hotel was for the fact that it had a spa and a pool...after traveling for 14hrs in one day, we were so looking forward to sitting in the Jacuzzi and relaxing....when we arrived we found out that it was out of order due to wrong chemicals put into the Jacuzzi as well as the pool....so we had to retire with tired, weiry bones.... we were in town visiting the grandchildren and had planned on spending the next day poolside with them because it was way to hot to go out with little kids and to just relax and visit with our daughter and catch up with everything...well that did not happen...so we had to scurry around and make other plans and landed up being outside with a 2 month old and 2 other little ones under the age of 6 and going to a lake we found...which like I said was not in our plans...we were there for 3 days and neither the Jacuzzi nor the pool were fixed by the time we left...due to the fact that we booked thru expedia, we were told by management they can not give us any kind of discount and to take it up with them...we were truly disappointed...for we paid $70.00 a night for a simple bed...and a very light breakfast bar...so we are attempting to get some kind of discount back but we don't see that happening...

I tried to check in at 5:30 after a long, hot day at work, and to my disappointment room was not ready until 6:15. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

Front Desk

Everything was very nice, but front desk was frequently unmanned. On our 2nd day there our key cards were invalidated and we had to get them reprogrammed. Cereal was a prominent part of the breakfast buffet, but only enough milk for earliest guests.

The room was comfortable but the pool and spa were virtually unusable due to chemical imbalances. The pool was officially closed but when pressed for a refund the staff basically said to swim at your own risk. The closed sign stated that they would make arrangements to swim at the neighboring hotel. Didn't happen. There were wet spots on the floor that appeared to be where spots were cleaned up. The hotel was updated and looked nice. The breakfast was average at best. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful but apparently the manager was out riding his motorcycle and was unavailable, which is not unreasonable, as everyone needs a day off but an assistant manager would have been nice.

This hotel has a ventilation problem, room was saturated, refrigerator needs defrosted. Has to run the heat to help keep the dampness at bay, which really didn't work. You couldn't walk on the carpet in your feet, carpet felt very wet, clothes felt wet when getting dressed in the morning. It was just very uncom.fortable

Location: starbucks was right next door
We stayed here on our return trip back home from Florida. We needed a room that slept more than 4 so we end up getting the suite. The hotel itself was very nice, modern, clean and was the perfect overnight stay. The staff was wonderful. We all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning too. The kids loved the idea of the welcome cookies in the lobby also.
