So upon arrival we checked into our hotel and had to keep our door open and unlocked for over an hour because we had no room key. we also had to go spend our own money to buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and shower and sink in our room. my daughters socks instantly turned black when we put her down in the room and let her walk around. the flooring in the room is layed incorrectly and has large gaps all over in it.

After calling ahead to confirm the hot tub was working, I was told the hot tub is working but when we got there the water was cold. Also several cars pulled up with loads of kids who were not guest of the hotel to use the pool. They were there for hours. Pizza crust all over the floor, covered in bugs. That’s how long it’s been there

There wasn’t a bathtub, you couldn’t stand up in the shower, the bed sheets and covers had holes in them. There was only one roll of toilet paper. And it was just a. Noisy stay never will be back!

Disappointing
Toilet ran all night could not stop. Pool indoor but in separate building. Pool was warmer then the hot tub. Hot tub jets shot water all over pool deck not inI to the hot tub when we told desk they said oh.

Our room wasn't clean. We had a pet with us so we were in an uncarpeted room and the floor was very dirty. It was so dirty it was sticky in places. Everything else appeared clean.

Price was right and it was a clean room for the night. Vending machines were not operating properly, bottle of water was frozen solid.

Our room was dirty comforters had big cigarette whole Sarah Burns in the blanket there was ashes in our dresser drawer there was somebody used Heidi sacks are grocery sacks in the door somebody knocked on her door in the middle of the night and told us we had a meeting in 10 minutes

Weekend family get away
When we checked in and went to the room. I didn't realize it was a smoking room. They had holes rips in blankets sheets towels. The tv wasn't working. Then the 2 ladies tried to fix the tv. I guess ppl is living there. Of the ladies husband came knocking on my door wanted 2 know why his wife was in my room with the othe girl but my fiancee was in the room with me. Very scary. I did tell the front desk the ne t morning but they acted like they knew who we wss talking about. Cause i guess they lived therevor staying there. Cause the man said his wife knocked on here door. Then came into our room to fix the tv. We had no remote to the tv had to bring us one. Then they would've give us any extra towels or rags bc we had 3 children with us. They finally the next day gave us extra towels and rags. They gave u 3 towels and 2 rags. We had 3 kids and us 2. Then the pool is indoors but outside of the building. The pool water was freezing. The hot tub wasnt hot like a hot tub water should be. The room had hot water better then the hot tub. The breakfast was okay. Then the room was dirty. We had a dirty wash rag in the drawer.

We called ahead of time and confirmed that the pool and hot tub were open and working. Once we got there we were told the pool is closed and hot tub only had cold water. That was after they gave us a room with someone already in it. There were more cigarette burns in the blankets than there was blankets

I was scheduled to stay here a week. I stayed 1 night only because I couldn’t make other arrangements that were pet friendly until the next day. The bathroom had mold. The heater/ac couldn’t be used because it looked like it had caught fire previously. So we had to deal with a hot stuffy room all night. The noise was awful throughout the evening and night. I will never use a Choice hotel again. This was the second time in as many nights I had to find another hotel due to misrepresentation.

The rooms smelled like dirty diapers, burn holes that went through the blanket and ALL the sheets. Makes a person wonder when they were changed last. A drugged out person asked me for money twice in the hallway. Heard a man yelling as I was leaving and told the front desk about it and was told oh yeah he fights and argues with himself all the time. Asked for the channel line up and was told I couldn’t have a copy of it but I I just told her what channel I was looking for she would find it for me. Nasty and gross doesn’t even cover it

More than disappointed
Not good at all! I called ahead to see if they had a hot tub and if it was working. They told me yes. It wasn't very warm nor would it turn on. The room didn't have toilet paper. Looked like they sprayed cleaner on the sink and never wiped it off as i took my finger and wiped the spots off. Pillows were very flat and extremely uncomfortable. Disappointed is an understatement!
