“Great Place To Stay”

We were in town for Orientation weekend at U of Cumberlands. They were extremely pleasant and courteous here. The rooms were fantastic, clean, well decorated, very comfortable. The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in, so comfortable and great down pillows. Bathroom was bright, clean and great. Hot breakfast was very good, the ladies working the breakfast area were pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend, it is worth spending the extra $10 or $15 to stay here!

“Wonderful hotel”

This was a very clean, well kept hotel. It was easy to access from the interstate and the hot breakfast in the morning was excellent. Only downside is that it didn't have a hot tub. But that being the only complaint, a great stay overall.

“Wrong directions using Google Maps”

Good experience with the hotel and staff. Opened the breakfast area promptly at 6am as we needed to leave on time. Do not follow the Google directions for the Hotel as it will lead you astray. We did mention to the staff and she was aware of this issue. It is conveniently located just off the highway but Google sent us to another exit and into to backwoods.

“Very well done!”

Pros: Can't say enough good things. Best experience I've had in a hotel at this level. Cons: Really just for me. The bed was too firm for me. I'm sure some might say it was awesome but not so much for me or my wife. Everything about the bed was extremely nice for us with the exception of the mattress.
