First arrived there around 4 my room wasn't ready so moved to the room beside it. Received a call about the water and had to switch that room.

I rented the motel for the most part for the pool, and when my daughter and I went to go swimming the glass door in the center had came out of track, I stayed two evenings, and it was never attempted to be fixed, asked for a discount, never heard another thing about it.

Hot Tub was cold!

We were told by the internet salesperson that the hotel was closer to Laurel lake. after walking all day around the area we were looking forward to using the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub was cold, several guest were upset, the desk clerk said she couldn't adjust it, the Manager had the controls locked up? The Hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel. the stay was not good.

front desk lady was acting like we were bothering her. Our room did not have the remote and the ac did not function well. no elevator either bad for the elderly and disabled

The rooms are in need of updating. The 2 Queen room that we booked was only 2 doubles. Our room did not look like the pictures. Our kids liked that they could swim indoors and outdoors in the same pool, but the pool was cold. Good continental breakfast.

Pros: das ruhige Zimmer mit bequemer guter Matratze und das erweiterte Frühstück.
Cons: wir hatten keine Beanstandungen
Location: Das Motel liegt direkt an der Interstate I 75SB Richtung Knoxville. Die Cumberland Falls sind ca. 30 Meilen entfernt.
Das Motel liegt direkt an der Abfahrt der Interstate auf einem Hügel. Wir hatten dennoch ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, nach hinten zum Parkplatz gelegen. Alles war sauber, die Matratze war gut und nicht durchgelegen. Erweitertes Continental Breakfast mit Omelette-Patties, Obst, Cream Cheese, Cereals, Kuchen, Saft usw. Wir haben das erste Mal ein Haus der Quality Inn-Kette gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Sicherlich sind wir nicht das letzte Mal im Quality Inn abgestiegen

Location: food , cumberland parkeway
overall this place is a decent place to stay, the location is a little weird , easy to miss the entrance. My biggest problem is the wireless internet. If you are a business traveler and need to use the internet be prepared. I was dropped off several times and when you are on it is slow. Remember dial up? Well that is what their high speed internet is like. I had about 30 minutes of work to do online plus check emails and it took 3 times as long.

Room was not cleaned

Unfortunately, when we went to our assigned room, it was not cleaned. The bedspreads, sheets, pillows and towels were all in a big messy heap on the bed. The worst thing though was the very unapologetic front desk hostess. She told us that's all that was available and never apologized for the mess-up or offered to have someone clean the room. We left and went across the street.
