The first room I got smelled like smoke, but the front desk gave me a new room right away. It’s very clean as is all the general areas. I travel with a service dog, so it was nice to not get a room that is just for dogs. There was a nice clean grassy area for him to play and do his business. So far very pleased.

My concern was the lacking handicap amenities. We had a roll in shower, with the handheld shower wand mounted a full 6 1/2 feet off the floor!

Hotel stay was good. Booked and paid through Expedia mid afternoon. Arrived at hotel and there was no record of booking from Expedia. Luckily had text and Email with booking and payment info. Staff took awhile but finally we got our rooms. The Red Roof Inn provided a clean, quiet and restful room for the night. Two actually as we travelled with friends. On the road for twelve hours and almost “no room at the Inn”. Thanks to staff at Red Roof Inn for sorting out the mess. Expedia—- DO BETTER!!!

Not the hotel’s issue, but some inconsiderate guests above us made it difficult to get to sleep….after a fifteen hour drive north from Ft Myers. Very heavy on their feet. Also sounded like young kids running the halls. But we have had better experiences before, and likely will return.

The staff was great the pool was extremely cold (not sure if they just filled it or not) had some problems getting the door to the room to open. Beds were hard but did the job. If you like hard beds perfect. Expedia booking worst ever. Expedia customer no service kept telling me that I was not listening to them when the opposite was true. You can ask Red Roof staff they will tell you the same.

Great people. Not so great beds.
The staff was very nice. The beds were not comfortable and you could feel the springs. The corners of the bathroom did not appear clean. I think it’s a great place to stop by for one night on a budget but I don’t know how it has such a perfect star rating online.

Clean property. Rooms had issues. First room had a bad screaming toilet and desk chair vinyl completely destroyed and should be replaced. New room they moved me to had an uncomfortable bed and pillows were flat and hard. The toilet was not seated tightly so when you got up it moved. Breakfast bar very limited. Great location. Near freeway and lots of restaurant choices. Probably would not go back but very reasonably priced.

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff was fantastic. Only downside is that it is right next to the interstate so if your room is in the backside of the hotel it is a very noisey when you are trying to sleep.
