“staff”

the staff was great and the rooms where clean. the lobby was big and clean.

“Not happy”

The room was not cleaned after the first night stay and no fresh towels were even put in the room. I am not happy about the sevice. I aso was shoced about the lack of items for the so called breakfast. The had cold dounuts and toast. Nothing was fresh. There was no fruit or even a bagal with cheese. I will not stay there again.

“Not impressed w/ pool and jacuzzi”

Outdoor pool was closed for 2nd year in row, but they did have an indoor pool. Water was cold. Jacuzzi was not working. Water like bath water with very little bubbles. However, they do allow dogs.

No frills. Great place for a place to sleep.

It was a nice stay. I will most likely stay there again next year.

POSITIVES: Wi-Fi Internet, warm / well-heated (and can control heat), nice bed and furniture, very clean in bedroom and bathroom, stand-up fridge, non-smoking, nice italian restaurant next door (also within walking distance - Arby's) NEGATIVES: Get to room from outside (not inside hotel), tv channels are fuzzy & tv sound is muffled (& they never came to fix it like they said they would), heater is louder than tv, "jetted tub" is only big enough for one person (but it worked), microwave from 1996 (looks like it's from the 80s), not really a view out window, no pool (as advertised), bed is very firm, "super start" breakfast is waffles, cereal, and breads
