Pros: Room was nice.
Convienient location very close to the train station. We actually walked from the station to the hotel. You can also go to the Mezquita walking though it is longer and if the weather is hot is might not be possible.

Luxurious hotel with excellent access to transportPosted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Very handy for rail and bus station; superb breakfast.
Cons: My only irritation was the constant muzak in public areas, particularly on the rooftop where a bit of peace and quiet would have been appreciated.
I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience - the staff are extremely helpful, the swimming pool is lovely and the rooms have all the amenities you would like.

Good location. We really like swimming pool at the top floor and the underground parking at the hotel, although not too cheap.

great locationPosted Sep 24, 2013
great location, close to train station, not far from the old city. room needs to be updated, though hotel stuff is super nice, and allow a late check out of at 2:00pm. we only stay there for a night, it's ok, wifi didn't work at all.

Brand new placePosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything is brand new, very cool hotel features such as speakers in the bathroom from the tv (ya thats right!) and one of those infinity pools, another nice touch. It would have been cool to swim at night, hence the pool hours should be extended. Breakfast was fine. Like I said, great facility here, everything in pristine condition. However, the restaurant staff are very rude, avoid the restaurant if you can. They got frustrated when I asked them to repeat something because Spanish is my second language and I didn't quite comprehend. Perhaps the building is fine but the people inside are not...also the proximity to the train station is appreciative, only about a 5-8 minute walk, and that's with baggage.

Modern business hotel well positioned for touristsPosted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Good facilities and plenty of space. Clean and well maintained. Helpful staff.
Cons: Would have liked to have access to an iron but only option was to use laundry service..
Location: Visit to main sights and restaurants in centre is easy as long as you are happy to walk for up to 20 minutes - you could always opt for a taxi.
Modern hotel with large rooms and good facilities. Junior suite very well proportioned. Roof top swimming pool area is spacious. Mesquita is about 1.5 km walk and main shopping area is only 10 minutes walk. Hotel is fronted by main road so some traffic noise but large open space beyond road is good for strolling along.

Good modern hotelPosted Aug 1, 2013
Cons: staff couldn't understand my problems. Bar man couldn't speak English and did not understand what sherry was (in Spain for goodness sake)
conve3nient for sightseeing and getting into city centre, restaurants , cathedral etc. Has parking facilities underground at the hotel, with valet parking @ 15 euro per day. Safe didn't work as I couldn't set it but reception no help. She kept asking me to do what I knew I had to do without response from safe. I gave up and locked my valuables in my suitcase. Air con very odd, I set it down to 10 or 15 degrees, although it was getting cooler, the temperature registered 26 degrees and after 3 days it still registered 22 degrees. When I told reception we were not advised on the real issue either.
