“fantastic hotel”

this hotel was a really great find. the staff were really friendly, the quality and choice of the food was amazing, and the hotel was in tip top condition. it was close to all the main attractions of corfu town, but its beach was still nice and secluded. i have stayed all over europe in 4 and 5 star hotels and this did not dissapoint. i would highly reccomend it. a1

An extremely friendly and welcoming hotel with a complete cross-section of predominately European guests. Food plentiful and always available 24 hrs per day. Food menu repeats every 7 days but there is always something to suit every taste. Hotel too far from Corfu Town to walk but nevertheless perfectly situated (with car park) if guests have a hire car. New (2003) Brunswick 12 lane Ten Pin bowling across the main road from the hotel (5 minute walk)also contains bar, TV, snack bar and other games. Perfect hotel for families. Hotel large enough with extensive open spaces to find a quiet corner away from children/everyone else if that is what is needed. Rooms spotless and very comfortable. Room chambermaid service excellent. Balcony has table and two chairs - chairs poor quality!

“A week of relax”

I was looking for relax next to the sea and I found it in deed. Yet the premises are slightly out of fashion the staff is very gentle and not only senior people but families with small kids found their place to share comfortably their holidays.

“Excellent location”

Overall the hotel was very nice , service was good and the food was excellent with a good choice and different everyday, although we only stayed for 5 days. The location is excellent and only 10mins from the airport, 15 euro in taxi. The view from the beach, which is only 200 metres from the hotel, is beautiful. The sea is only about waist deep for around 50 metres out and very clear and warm. My only real complaint was that the mattrass on the bed in our room was like a piece of wood and very uncomfortable. I would definately go back if returning to Corfu.

“Goof Hotel, high quality food”

Avoid room 437 on top floor, its noisy beause of external large air con machinery and the ventiltion system duct on the roof. Otherwise a very good hotel. Two minor grouses, there is little or no english language satelite tv. CNN is the only channel and the recepetion is very iffy. Also it is not pssible to obtain an iron or ironing board which seems a bit stingy as laundry costs are high Taxi from airport was 15 euro taxi to corfu town 10 euros. A hire car is preferred for touring island
