Part good, part not good

Posted Apr 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
We had mixed feeling about this hotel. On the plus side, would be the architecture, with large rooms and hallways. The staff was pleasant and helpful, although only one person spoke English. The negative side is that bed was lumpy and uncomfortable; should have been replaced a long time ago. And the hotel's restaurant was "unfortunate", in that even a simple pasta dish was not prepared to the usual high Italian standard.

Charming hotel, fantastic location.

Charming hotel within the walled city of Corinaldo. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Just 15 minutes drive to the Adriatic beach town of Senigallia. If staying in August note that the hotel does not have air-conditioning, however rotating floor fans are available on request and they do a good job of keeping things cool. Included buffet breakfast was excellent.

Hotel Il Giglio Corrinaldo Italy - close to Ancona

The room was well furnished with en suite. Could have done with a hairdryer and tea making facilities. Close to Ancona for the ferry port and with all amenities close by.
