Slecht, op hele steile heuvel.

Posted Mar 3, 2015
Pros: Niets

Nice hotel close to train station and downtown

Posted Nov 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
Pleasant one night stay for my son and I. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good but not included in our rate. Short walk down the hill to central Cork and train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Valerie! Wish we could have stayed more than one night.

Good B & B

Posted Nov 2, 2014
Pros: We found this B & B comfortable, warm and quiet. There was no disturbance at night. We found the location very central.
Cons: Everything was good.
Location: Centrally located, we stayed in Cork for a social night out, receptionist called us a taxi, was very helpful. Cork is a good city for shopping.
We stayed for one night over the October Bank Holiday weekend. It was easy find, plenty of parking, warm comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast with plenty of breakfast choices.

After a long journey it was nice to be greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception. Perfect hotel for a short stay in Cork.

Stayed one night in Cork on a recent family vacation. Gabriel Guest House is a bit out of the way of the downtown area. We stayed in a family room with 4 single beds. Quarters were pretty tight. Bathroom clean and recently renovated. We wound up walking downhill (15min) to The Shelbourne to watch the world cup finals. Decent breakfast with plenty of choices. Valerie at the desk was superbly helpful.

Pretty disappointing

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Although close to centre, the hotel was in a rather dodgy part of town. Really basic room. Box spring had no skirt. Nothing of color in room. Sheets were very clean as was room. Carpet was iffy. Hotel itself was old and rundown. Bathroom was newish but base of stall was old plastic and mouldy. Breakfast was aweful. Staff were very nice.

Pros:
Location: UCC
