The service in the New York dining area was slow and disjointed. There were ample staff in the dining area but it took upwards of 15 min. to receive service.

Not bad! We chose the hotel because of our need for a comfortable mattress. Half of us slept well on it. Rather than face traffic, we ate supper at the hotel restaurant. It wasn’t bad.

Family New Years Eve
Modern clean crisp rooms with large windows and lots of space. We stayed with 2 small boys who loved the play room and games available. Food in the New Yorker was good value and great quality.

Stayed the night before a very early flight. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The only issue was that the tv kept shutting off and rebooting. No guest information booklet to explain the tv features.

Waited 25 mins for a shuttle, we were told “look for the red on the floor “ Turns out they meant the Red box saying shuttle on the ground outside ! Hotel was very clean and we would stay again

Convenient location for driving to Kinsale or other towns near Cork. The place is extremely clean and modern. Beds are comfy and pillows are soft. The room has AC as well.

A pleasant surprise
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel, quite often hotels with captive a market dont deliver much, but this one did deliver. Service was very good at Reception and in the restaurant. The room was good, as was the food.

Overall the stay was good, staff friendly, room nice, clean and comfortable, restaurant dining was also good. Only issue was the1st night (2night stay) there was a function in the hotel and loud music continued until around midnight, staff didn’t advise on checkin. This could have been more of an issue if we had an early flight next day luckily we didn’t. Would stay again.

Nice hotel and room, quiet despite airport behind hotel. Convenient parking, a bit far out of city center but enjoyed our stay. Did not eat in restaurant but atmosphere seemed relaxing with options. Loved the hillside view surrounding area.

Beautiful facility with outstanding rooms. Restaurant’s offerings are influenced by oriental cuisine. Our double bedroom had two beds but only one had a bottom sheet. It only had a mattress cover.
