Comfortable modernised accommodationPosted Jul 2, 2014
A great experience as owner run couple couldn't do enough for guests. The property has been refurbished to a good standard. Bedroom was modern with adequate en-suite shower room. Breakfast was both varied and of a high quality. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and hospitablePosted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: Friendliness and excellent breakfasts
Cons: We thought nothing needed improving, largely because the owners want to please guests so much, they will respond positively to all suggestions.
Location: We enjoyed the National Trust properties of which there are many and we are members makking this a very affordable break.
Boo and Matt were excellent hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble.

DelightfulPosted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Boo and Matt were so very gracious and informative about where to go and how to get there. The concept of all guests eating at the same table for breakfast meant getting to know other people. The table itself is a conversation starter. We would go back there in a heart beat.

B & B in countryside outside HaylePosted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: The excellent breakfast and the quiet rural surroundings.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Central for many attractions in West Cornwall - Geevor Tin Mine is a must. Weather poor during our short stay, so we visited relations.
My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this small B & B which is run by a husband and wife team. They were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything possible to make our short stay enjoyable. The food was first class as was the service.

Friendly, helpful, would visit againPosted Sep 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
I only stayed one night at Bostrase for business but I would definitely visit again for leisure. It is a really friendly, comfortable, clean B&B. The breakfast was great and I hadn't expected they would have gluten free bread and cereal. A great base for St Ives and the surrounding area.

a special occassionPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall a very satisfying occasion, this was owed to a myriad of factors; with the hotel decor and appeasing gardens. The welcome and support from Matt and Boo is the best in which i have ever experienced in all my days of travelling. To quantify, it was made an excellent event which i would revisit, warm welcoming and truly an quintessence atmosphere was presented.
