Pleasant hotel

Pros: The family who takes care of the hotel.
Cons: The price should reflect the services.
It was a short stay but a pleasant one. Kate and Paul, our hosts, were fantastic. There were some issues with the parking arrangements and how to get there. The rooms are clean and pleasant. We found the price too expensive for the facilities of the hotel.

Stylish with Excellent Customer Service

Kate & Paul were great hosts who know a thing or two about customer service and were on hand throughout our (short but sweet) stay. The property is positioned just a couple of hundred metres away from the main shopping area, and perfect for accessing all of Newquay's beaches and harbour. Breakfast was excellent and taken in the residents lounge which overlooked the main bay. The only minor concern was the plumbing, as the shower was difficult to regulate on a couple of occasions.
