“Could of been friendlier”

Not greeted very well at all. Handed over the key with no information on breakfast times, facilities ect. Early leaving at 10AM on a Sunday morning on the quietest time of the year (January) when the place was empty. Hotel rooms were a bit shabby, needed a touch up. small rooms. bar over priced. Although it wasn't bad in all, I wouldn't recommend it as a customer friendly place to stay.
