Lovely B&B in a great location

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: The position. The breakfast. The homeliness.
Cons: The weather! ;-)
Location: Talland bay beach cafe. Polperro. The walk from looe to polperro. Fowey. Paint a pot in looe was great fun especially on a rainy day.
We stayed here for 3 nights. Room was lovely with a view over the garden and estuary. The bed was very very comfortable. We were made very welcome, nothing too much trouble and the breakfasts were out of this world ... Best by far in any B&B I've stayed in.

Great place to stay

Posted Jan 25, 2014
Pros: Comfort, hosts, location
Location: Looe is a very picturesque place to visit, close by is Polperro which is a beautiful fishing village, very quaint
we booked last minute for a 3 night stay, when we arrived we had been upgraded, the room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Shutta House is situated in a very good location, just a short walk and you have everything to hand. We had a lovely relaxing stay, the hosts were lovely, breakfast excellent, what more can you ask for.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at Shutta house. We were made to feel very welcome, and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and loved the chocolate as additional touches. If I was being very fussy I would have liked to have skimmed or semi skimmed milk in the room for a cup of tea, not whole milk. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable and I would styay here again if visiting Looe again

Lovely place to stay in Looe

We had a really lovely stay at Shutta House last week - a warm welcome, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. It's an easy walk from the B&B into the centre of Looe and Bree provided us with some great recommendations for dinner.

Lovely B&B

Stayed a Shutta House while visiting Looe for a wedding. On arrival our host was very friendly and we were pleased with our room which was clean and tidy with a couple of armchairs to relax in. There were also little extras of bottles of water and chocolate bars each day. The breakfast was lovely and kept you more than full until dinner ! We would certainly stay again.

A beautiful house to stay

Pros: Lovely character building in great location, informative staff
Cons: if anything, slightly too soft a bed for my back
Location: perfect
What a stunning place to stay!! Very pleased with my choice. Great location, a lovely decorated hotel, friendly owner, great breakfast. 10 min drive to Polperro - worth a look.
