great locationPosted Aug 10, 2014 on Hotels.com
location was great as it was close to beaches and station. hotel was decent and good services from the hotel owners. However felt the room was quite small and limited vegetarian breakfast options.

Great servicePosted Aug 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is an older guest house. Right from the moment we arrived the staff were only too willing to do what they could to help us. We were in Newquay at peak holiday time so the road we overlooked was noisy but we coped. We didn't book a parking space so had to park a little walk away initially until a space became available (next day). This is a good family hotel - children were welcomed and the staff made sure they were being catered for.

Ett ganska slitet hotell med små rum. Typiskt engelskt med hårda sängar, dessutom slitna mattor och sviktande golv. Utmärkt läge centralt i Newquay.

They are friendly and make me feel welcome.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Clean, near everything and the welcome from the owners.
Cons: I think new TV and more fruit in the breakfast.
Location: Wonderful you can do a lot of things. And go all Cornwall from the local buses. Also the train station is just in the corner.
Nice experience. The B&B is near everything. And Andrew and Judith are wonderful couple. Make me feel welcome. You can take the bus for all Cornwall. Wonderful time. The only problem was the B&B the opposite from The Silver Jubilee. I think the name is Surfer something. They made noise some night. I recommend this B&B for all my friends.

Everything was great about this B&B. Andrew, Judith and Miriam were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Love the breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Newquay.

Nice place to stayPosted Apr 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
If you are looking for basic accommodation, good cleanliness, close to amenities, good facilities, parking, nice breakfast, friendly hosts then this is a great place to stay. The room was quite warm but as it was April it wasn't too much of a bother but if you were to stay in the summer months, having to keep the window open all night may be noisy.
