No person was on Reception so I had to call a number to receive instructions for retrieving the key from an electronic cabinet. Decor was a little dated but overall the 2 bedroom unit was clean & well maintained. The cleaning staff were friendly & helpful.

Given they are in the tourism business, you would think that Xmas would be one of those times, all services were available but no. We were informed, NO breakfast/food nor staff were available, this in light of the fact that the whole town was closed as well, strange tourism really.

Hi, Thank you for your review. As we had family over for Xmas & most people are here to see family on Xmas, It is the only day of the year that we don't provide breakfast. There is and was some on site for any emergencies. We have a contactless entry system to get your key for your safety which is very easy to use & convenient. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

Corowa Heritage Motor Inn
We spent a week at Heritage Motor inn we found the room very clean. the room had just been renovated. the grounds of the motel were clean tidy. The staff onsite were pleasant and friendly and very welcoming, the room was cleaned on a daily basis. the motel was a nice distance from the centre of town

Great value for money
Best 3 star I have ever stayed in. The decor and layout was top notch. The 2 recommendations I have is coffee machine in Spa rooms & better pillows, I ended up removing the pillows as they were too big and hard. Still highly recommend, we had the spa room and it was fantastic.

The room was clean and tidy. It was enough space for my husband, daughter and my grandson. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in with the lockbox was quick and simple.

Nothing like the photos, claimed to be non smoking thats all we could smell, cigarettes smoking at doors, dirty ashtrays, quite terrible, no ceiling fans as per photo, very old air conditioner that was really noisy, just a very tired old room dirty carpet, damaged flyscreens. Not at all like we saw in advertising

Thank you for your review, We have been a non smoking place for 15 years, People are allowed to smoke outdoors & our ash trays are cleaned out each day. We have been upgrading our rooms and it's an ongoing process.
