Ms. Autumn at the front desk was so very nice! I really enjoyed my check out with her. Only complaint was the shower haf someone else's shower supplies in it. And the floors were very dirty. Other than that the hotel was very well furnished and comfortable.

This seedy hotel deserves a MINUS 10 rating. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. The floors were soiled with ground-in dirt. One caster wheel on the desk chair fell off when the chair was moved or sat upon. When called to the attention of the desk clerk, he said, "I'm not authorized to exchange chairs in the room." I left it with him. It wasn't replaced until the next morning. The internet was out upon arrival. Though I was assured that it would be fixed that evening, when I inquired the next morning because it STILL wasn't working, I was informed that "the big guy upstairs" was to call the servicer at 10AM, fully SIXTEEN HOURS after bringing the issue to the hotel's attention. (I was told by another guest that the wifi was working in the breakfast room, then added, "The desk clerk will deny it, though.") It NEVER worked in the room during my 2-night stay. Everything is substandard with no evidence of routine maintenance. The desk lamp was completely destroyed with the exception of its power outlet. The laundry equipment is old and disgusting. There was no facial tissue, the toiletries consisted of 2 pump bottles, shampoo and body wash. The morning desk clerk said she was on her 3rd day on my first morning. She was gone the next day - a wise decision in my opinion. No one was at the front desk. Management was never visible during business hours. Need I add that this is a hotel owned by people from the subcontinent of Asia? Fill in the blanks. GO ELSEWHERE - I WILL!

Our last night there on the property. We woke up finding our luggage and clothes in it we're all soaking wet, due to a leak along the window from the rain over night. When mentioned to the manager all he said ," yeah we need to caulk around the window" and sorry.

It was a good one night stay with family with little kids. Its a walkable disrance to the beach. Even though durong the check in a male attendent was too happy with me taking photos of the breakfast area, and morjing stuff didnt even bother.

We called and let them know we would arrive late. When we got there, we could get no one to the front. Expedia tried calling, corporate tried calling, we could get no one. We had to go find lodging else where. Terrible! The next day a really nice housekeeper was at the front because there was no one to work and they couldn’t find the manger who lives on site.

Nice clean property. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice big shower with great pressure. My only complaint is thr bathroom main light around the mirror didn't work. The only light in the bathroom was one little light in the shower so the bathroom was really dark. The vent in the bathroom wasn't working so there's no ventilation when you take a shower. Other than that it's a nice clean hotel and a fair price.

Check in and check out was smooth. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were simple and suited us. Hotel location near the water was convenient. Caught a nice sunrise one morning. Property could use a little TLC but overall it worked for our needs.

The location has great access to many directions. Rooms are clean but chairs etc needs some up grades. Biggest problem is where the property borders with Hinton who ownes the parking lot who has put a fence along the entry to Days rooms. One has a long walk to the end of the fence to get to ones room. We had to change rooms. Hotel looks rundown but staff was plesant.

liked the location accross from the ski basin and Rockport beach near the vents. Walking distance to food and groceries. Parking space is immitted if your bringing a boat. Access to your room is not always ideal.

Property was clean and ready for guests. We used a table in the lobby to play board games until 9 pm. However, water pressure in sink was low. Next door guests blasted TV all night long. Worst of all, we waited outside locked door at 7 am for breakfast, but nobody was there. Finally the night clerk showed up, stocked the breakfast area and opened the door. Horrible planning.

Remodeled older hotel
Conveniently located near the downtown plaza and park this is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled. There is the new style walk in shower, vinyl plank floors resembling hardwood, new AC wall unit, and a small refrigerator. The room was quiet and well lit for reading/work. The breakfast buffet was minimal with cereal, instant oat meal and cafe

The room was awesome! The walk in shower. Was so great. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you the only thing they need to work on is outside properties. Make it look better. To match the inside of the rooms to look elegant on the grounds of the hotel. A/c was great.

The location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Vic who took very good care of our group, getting us the perfect rooms near each other. Even as they continue to recover from the last hurricane they maintain a high level of service.

I loved that it was so close to the beach however the blow dryer and the vent for the restroom didn’t work. The water pressure was so weak and the selection for breakfast was very limited.

When we arrive to check in the front desk clerk was very rude. I ask to use the rest room in the lobby while check-in and he stated it was out of service. I also ask if i could just get a refund at the time of check-in due to his rudeness he was not accommodating at all very unprofessional for me to travel that far . The room was just ok . Another part is how you have to enter your room it is very unsafr as you park you have to walk all the way around the rail which is pretty far . I am use to parking in front of the door and just walking in. Well we had to tote our luggage all the way about 7 doors downs from ours and then walk around the railing just to get in . I suggest if you are a women don't stay here! I did not understand why I had to stay there and noone helped me when i stated at time of check-in i was unsatisfied!!! If you are looking for a good hotel I left here and went to La Quinta very nice with wonderful staff , very clean , and wonderful breakfast . There was even a not on the bed . 10 for La Quinta. I reached out also to expedia about my experience and still no resolution Even half of the money back would be great.

We do not have guaranteed parking in front of each room, and the rail you're referring to divides us from the other hotel, we don't recommend parking there because they will not allow it. Our property is covered with cameras and staff 24/7, I can assure you this is a safe location. We offer a 15 minute grace period, if you are not satisfied with your room we offer 100% refund, we will look into this. We try very hard and care about our guests and again we are so sorry about your experience. Rest assured you have been heard.

For some reason we were booked in the handicap room which backed right up to the kitchen so early in the morning you could hear them prepping for basic waffles. There was no where to hang clothes. Staff was great at little requests.
