Decent hotel right at the beach.

Room was clean but small. Stayed damp/humid even with AC on. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great beach access.

Great Location

Pros: Comfy bed.
Cons: Upgrade. Wall coverings falling off. Towel bar fell off the wall in bathroom.
Location: Sits right on the beach. Lots of great places to eat. Fishing.
The room was a little run down, but very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The condo we were in was great for a brief stay. I would not recommend a lengthy visit. There is not a closet or dresser. While there is a kitchen in the room, there were no plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. The location is great. Just across the dunes from the beach. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Request higher floor, or water view.

Thank you for staying with us. Next time we hope you're able to stay more than just 1 night. The little Hotel Efficiency you had was recently updated with a new bathroom, very nice, and always a GREAT value to be right here ON the Beach. We also have full size Condos with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms so you can bring the whole family. These pretty much all have great views of the gulf as well. Look forward to having you back again soon.

close to beach accommodations so so ok on dogs

Pros: handy, close to beach
Cons: spruce up the property more
Location: there for the beach, restaurants good nearby
too much rain but not their fault! otherwise property was an inexpensive beach property allowed us to have our dogs and good spots to walk the dogs

Decent hotel but close access to the beach.

Checking in was easy , the front desk staff wasn't very welcoming but the housekeeper was super nice and made us feel welcomed. The condition of the room was ok, not terrible, but livable.

Old Motel but close to the beach

Pros: The only thing we liked about this hotel was the closeness to the beach
Cons: The whole room needs to be improved. The paint, furniture, base boards, light fixtures, especially the bed!
Location: The beach is close which is good but you have to drive to do anything else.
I tried to save money on our room but Really? We must have stayed in the old part of the condo. The furniture was old, the bed had an old innerspring mattress and was so hard we tossed and turned all night. Some of the base boards were coming loose and the light in the bathroom was coming loose from the ceiling. The refrigerator worked but had rust spots on the outside. They asked that we use our towels 2 to 3 times to save money. Our toilet stopped up the second day and they had to plunge it. I expected to see roaches anytime but luckily that never happened. They never came and cleaned our room while we were there and there was sand tracked in even though we stomped our shoes on the steps before entering our room. The tv was on top of the refrigerator and was a flat screen but was so small we couldn't read the score from our bed while watching a ball game( there weren't any chairs) The air conditioner worked great so we did stay cool but only had a light blanket and sheet to cover up with during the night. A light outside our room stayed on all night. Had blinds on the windows but the light still came through and anyone outside that looked in just right could see into our room cause the blinds did not fit the windows. The shower was roomy with good water pressure but the bathroom needs alot of work.

Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to lend your feedback. I am sorry that the room you received in rotation was in need of renovation. We still have a couple of these in building 2 that are slated for upgrades in the bathrooms and furniture in the coming months. The maintenance misses are not acceptable at all. As I didn't know which unit you were in, I had maintenance do a walk through to check all of these to be sure they were up to par. Though we don't do daily cleaning service, the towel service person should have come by each morning to exchange whichever towels you needed...and if a room clean is requested, we do that as well. I'll have an inservice with the towel team to be much more responsive and inquisitive. Ultimately too, if there are any issues you need addressed when you're here next time, I have 4 employees who live on property and are available to assist you 24x7. Thank you again.

We love Expedia and their guests and are blessed to have 10-20 a month get introduced to our place here right ON the Beach as an alternative to the chain hotels. Thanks again.

Hotel with condos close to the beach

Pros: Close to the beach.
Cons: Driving directions were given on the sand road along the beach. Hard to find entry at night. Needs to include driving directions on pavement.
Location: Shopping and eating district about a mile away. Easy access.
Hotel section, room was clean and had been refurbished. Good/newer beds and coverings. Tile on floor collected sand quickly, but good idea compared to carpet. Had to put a towel on the floor to keep from getting sand everywhere. Room was quiet.
