WARNING DON NOT STAY HERE!!!! DO NOT BRING FAMILIES/KIDS HERE!!!! I just attempted to stay at this hotel, we booked the weekend but were only able to stay less than 12 hours. Our first night we checked in and the front door to the lobby was locked, we had to pick up the phone and call to get someone to unlock the door. The man then checked us in and he gave me some creepy vibes, but I just brushed it off because it was late and I just wanted to go to bed at that point. They only have 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel, which was hidden away in some room that the front desk attendant had to pull out. Once we got our key we walked down these dirty gross smelling hallways to find our room in which the door was cracked open. We turned the lights on and we come to a room that finally looks like the pictures online…we’ll, sort of. There were water stains on the ceilings, cockroaches crawling around the floor and you can see the paint chipped all over the walls, like they were trying to put lipstick on a pig. They were apparently ‘newly renovated rooms’ but I guess they chose the cheapest person they could find to complete the job because it looked horrible. The shower was awkwardly elevated a foot above the rest of the bathroom and the shower head was almost falling off. At this point we were so tired from driving down we didn’t care what it looked like we just wanted to get to sleep so we attempted to lock the door, of course the dead bolt didn’t work so we at least put the chain

Carpet in the room was pieces and coming up. Stairs to go out had duck tape on them Staff was amazing

This hotel is outdated and was going through renovations. The room I was put in had the back window unlocked with no screen on it. I felt very unsafe about my stay for fear that someone could break into my room.

This place was under going renovations and rooms were not ready to be used. Staff was not service friendly. Breakfast was horrible, no coffee had to search for someone to replenish. Rooms had no cups to use. Overall this place was a joke

Property was horrible. Not only was every room I saw under construction. (I switched rooms to an equally disgusting room.) There was roaches along every wall, mold, dirty couch, broken TV, half destroyed window dlinds, dirty walls, and crusty towels. The photos on hotels.com is not what was presented. After trying to cancel my reservation I was told no refunds. I understand that is policy, but I also thought I was getting a half way decent room. After asking to move rooms I was told by the staff. "The rooms should be some what habitable." ...this establishment should be condemned.

Awesome and affordable
The individual that works during the daytime is the best he is very helpful and courteous and friendly. The person you have as the night auditor was rude didn't have a response in a courteous and friendly manner and made me feel like I wasn't a guest in this hotel. Cuddos to the young man that helps me every morning he makes my trip worth the drive. Keep up the awesome work Respectfully Tamara Hall guest in room 110 and then 109
